Fundamental to the work of implementation is the intentional use of data for decision-making. Using the Plan Do Study Adjust cycle to help make meaningful changes, alleviate barriers, and achieve expected outcomes. Start by identifying a specific area(s) of need to address; then make a plan (PLAN), engage in implementation of changes as planned (DO), evaluate (STUDY) how effective the change was, then revise plans based on how well the plan went (ADJUST). Remember to engage stakeholders throughout the process.
