If the project will take place across two or more Wards, then two Councillors must endorse the application. Endorsement is to support the project in principle rather than the detail. If the project is ‘Borough-wide’ then at least two Councillors must endorse the project. Further scrutiny is undertaken by both Council Officers and Members on the Grants (Overview & Scrutiny) Sub-Committee and Executive Committee.
