Ability to learn quickly Be honest and have integrity Your own laptop or tablet to complete consultaons in the clients home Job Descripon: We are looking for home staging consultants that will serve specific areas of the Twin Cies. In your area, you would be responsible for doing home staging consultaons for real estate agents and clients by creang an electronic consultaon report. You will also be responsible for markeng consultaon services in your area through real estate office presentaons and social media. How Much Would You Make? You would be an independent contractor for Simply Staged. If we receive the lead for a consultaon in your area and pass it on to you, you would receive $100 for the consultaon. We offer no guarantees about how many consultaons we would give to you. For leads that you p procure, you would receive $150 for the consultaon. We provide no insurance, rerement, vacaon or other employee benefits and you will be responsible for paying your own income/self employment taxes. Once you have done a consultaon with a client, we will pay you $40 per hour for addional shopping or advice you provide them. You can do future interior design work for them (on homes not for sale) on your own, creang your own separate revenue stream. We mail you a check at the end of each month for consultaons provided during that month. Home Staging Consultant Job Description Qualifications:

• Ideally, some training in interior design, minimally a gift

Job Description:

We are looking for home staging consultants that will serve
