David VisentinA familiar face to anyone looking for real estate, David Visentin is the co-host of Love It or List It, airing on W Network in Canada and HGTV in the US, and a sales representative with Country Living Realty.

He likes to say that he was born with a sold sign in his hand, and it’s not far from the truth.

David grew up in real estate, spending weekends at the family farm/real estate office, learning the business along with the rest of the family. In fact, the only family member without a license is his mother, but she’s there so much, she might as well have one too. And there’s still time.

His experience, personality and straightforward approach have made him a local and international success – 156 shows over eight years in Canada and the US – all while happily working in the family brokerage, where he continues to sell city and country living at its best.

Hilary FarrHilary Farr is an internationally renowned designer, co-host of Love It or List It, which airs on W Network in Canada and HGTV in the US, and president of Hilary Farr Design, a thriving interior design company founded over 15 years ago.

She is credited as the first designer to stage properties for sale in Toronto where she currently resides. The internationally-known design sensation has also lived in Australia, England, California, and New York.

Much of Farr’s success is attributed to her ability to anticipate industry trends, understand the personalities of her many unique

clients, and to respond with distinctive designs that suit their needs and lifestyles. Drama, timeless glamour and functionality are Farr’s trademarks.
