Combine all ingredients. To use, pour a

Run a bath, add Epsom salts while it fills.

Add essential oils to the fractionated

coconut oil, in a small dish, then add to

bath once full.

Oil and water don’t mix, so always dilute your essential oils in a

Peppermint Lip Balm6x 10ml lip balm tins

14g unrefined beeswax

45ml jojoba oil

10 drops doTERRA Peppermint

Place beeswax in a Pyrex jug, then rest in

a pot of boiling water. Once melted, add

jojoba and stir to combine.

Let cool for a few minutes, then add

essential oil. Quickly pour into tins to set.

Tip: For a softer balm, use less beeswax and more jojoba.

Combine shea butter + coconut oil in a

Pyrex jug, rest in a pot of shallow boiling

water and melt. Let cool a few minutes,

add essential oils, pour into glass jar.

Set in freezer. Apply a small amount over

chest or back, avoid the face.
