How will HBL be carried out?

• Date: 12 February 2020 (Wednesday)• All students (Sec 1 - 5) will take part in HBL. No students are to

report to school.• 3 key steps (See screenshots in next few slides)

1) Sign in using a Google Form before starting HBL2) Do HBL according to Class Daily Plan 3) Sign out using another Google Form after completing HBL

• Form Teacher will send the link to Class Daily Plan via whatsapp / email / SMS. The link will also be available on the school website.

Sign in / out Google Forms

Sign in by filling out Google Form. Remember to click submit.

Note: Your FT will be monitoring if you have signed in to do HBL at 10am

Sign out by filling out Google Form. Check that you have completed all lessons and submitted all assignments. Remember to click submit.

What should I do if I need help?

I am not sure how to go about home-based learning (HBL)If you require any assistance during HBL, you may approach your form teacher or subject teachers for help. You may find their contact details in the Class Daily Plan.

I need help with my SLS accountIf you cannot remember your SLS password: • Do not key in an incorrect password more than 3 times or else your account might be locked.• Approach your form teacher or subject teachers to reset your password.If you need help unlocking your SLS account: • Fill in this form: gg.gg/DSShelpdesk.
