Diocesan Lenten Appeal We know that Lent and the Easter season have both

concluded, but our Diocesan Lenten Appeal has been

extended through June 30 this year. Only a quarter of

Holy Trinity Parish families have returned their pledge

cards for 2017. A letter from Bishop Malesic was mailed

the beginning of June to all families that have contributed

to the Diocesan Lenten Appeal any time in the last few

years, but have not yet made a 2017 gift. Please consider

your current individual family situation, and if possible,

make a gift to the projects and programs funded by the

appeal. Thank you in advance for your consideration!

Open House Bethlen Communities has graciously agreed to hold an

Open House for Parishioners at their Holy Trinity Parish

campus site the weekend of June 24/25. So mark your

calendars for 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM Saturday, June 24 or

9:00 AM – 11:00 AM Sunday, June 25. You will have an

opportunity to see how the space has been transformed

into an outreach center to help provide for the needs of the

growing elderly population in the Ligonier Valley.

An open house for the rest of the Ligonier Valley com-

munity will be held later in the summer.

Prayer Shawl Outreach

Thank you to the Prayer Shawl Ladies for sharing their

Ministry and time this weekend with the community at

Betlen’s 5K Run/Walk at Weller Field.
