The word .. ‘ Anapanasati ’ .. in Pali language, means .. to direct one’s total attention and awareness

only on one’s normal, natural breathing process.

“ ana ” ... means ... “ in-breath ”“ apana ” ... means ... “ out-breath ”“ sati ” ... means ... “ be-one-with ”

In ‘ Anapanasati Meditation ’, attention of the

mind should constantly be on the breath. It is a

joyful oneness with the breath. No mantra is to be

chanted ! No form of any deity is to be entertained

in the mind ! Practices like kumbhaka .. HOLDING

THE BREATH should never be attempted.

Any comfortable sitting posture can be taken.

Hands should be clasped .. and eyes should be

closed. The crux of the matter is to resist the

routine wanderings of the mind. Thoughts should

be cut right away, as and when they keep arising.

A thought-free mind is the goal.

When we are with the breath-energy, the mind becomes rather empty.Then, there is a tremendous in-flow of cosmic energy into the physical body.Gradually, the hitherto dormant third-eye becomes activated .. and, by and by,

cosmic consciousness is experienced.


Spiritual Health is the root and Physical Health is the fruit.Anapanasati Meditation alone gives Spiritual Health to a person.

Meditation is the greatest gift to be given to our lives .. by our own efforts.

From the very early years, I remember being

a defiant child, rebelling against blind beliefs and

superstitions that were being practiced in the

name of religion. As a teenager, I was considered

a hardened rebel ! Then, in the year 1987, the

book “ Jonathan Livingstone Seagull ” by Richard

Bach fell into my hands and that completely

changed my life.

The search for spiritual truth that started as

a spark through reading this book became a

raging fire very soon ! Soon, an amazing

synchronicity, combined with my restlessness,

led me to one of the greatest spiritual Masters of

our times, a living legend .. Subhash Patri. In his

inimitable style Patriji initiated me into meditation.

This was in the year 1990, in Kurnool, another

district town of Andhra Pradesh, where I was

studying medicine.

Patriji became responsible for instilling in me,

a casual, almost playful approach to spirituality,

right from the very beginning days. With immense

patience, complete absence of judgment and

unconditional love, he held my hand and guided

me through all the restless and agitated moments

of those initial days .. like a parent who teaches a

toddler his first steps.

I have travelled a great distance from those

early years and established my own centre, “ LIFE

RESEARCH ACADEMY ”, followed by “ LIFE UNIVERSITY ”,

which is currently in the process of becoming a

reality.

The Pyramid Spiritual Societies Movement

(PSSM) started as “ The Kurnool Spiritual Society ”

in the year 1990.

PSSM is one of the foremost new age

movements of the current period on the earth.

For the first time, SCIENCE OF MEDITATION became

available to the rural masses and to the urban

elite alike ! PSSM also connected PYRAMID ENERGY

with meditation on a most magnificent scale !

completion ! ‘ Anapanasati Meditation ’ will be

established in all the countries of the world .. by

the year 2012 and we will surely witness “ Dhyana

Jagath ”.

transitional phase .. wherein we are entering a

photon band .. a band of higher energies. It is a

very special period for the current inhabitants of

the planet. For the first time, entire population of

this world is being given a mighty opportunity to

I am Sivarama Naidu.

I was born inGolladoddi, a smallvillage in Anantapurdistrict, Andhra Pradeshin the year 1949.

My father was asmall farmer and a teacher. He used to teachme my mother tongue, Telugu language, besidesmany verses and shlokas from Bhagavatam andBhagavad Gita. My mother was a simple house-wife, busy with the maintenance of our family. Shecould not guide me in my studies even thoughshe was a little educated. My father used to teachverses from many books to all my sisters.However, my elder sister could grasp the versesvery well. When my father vacated his body inthe year 1966, there was an abrupt change in mymother’s attitude and behavior. She gradullystarted reading philosophical books.

I got selected in S.V.U. College of Engineering

in the year 1967. Whenever I was at home forholidays , my mother used to request me to readsome philosophical books and used to ask me toexplain. Most of the time I was reading eitherBhagavad Gita or Bhagavatam. Within no time,my mother became a staunch follower of “ AchalaSiddhanta ”, a well known philosophy in whichmore importance is given to jnana. She used todo some sadhana during the night times. I think itwas some sort of meditation. She was teachingme about the essence of “ Achala ” and used to

explain me about “ Saankhya ”, “ Taraka ”,“ Amanaska ” and “ Paripoorna ”.

My father’s influence made me to inclinemore towards Indian Traditions and with that Icould convince my mother about Advaitaphilosophy. As I was good at Telugu Languagesince my child-hood, I was reading muchphilosophical literature, and with that knowledge Iused to argue with my mother. Soon my motherbecame a good ‘ sadhaka ’ and she used to sitfor hours together in meditation.

I remember an incident .. one night, aftercompleting her meditation, at about 3 AM shewoke me up and started telling “ Oh Siva .. hearme .. hear me .. I am now telling the truth ..

THERE IS NO WORLD ! ”. It was very dark but I couldsee her face, and she was laughing like a madwoman with undressed hair. I was very muchfrightened.

The very next day, I started concentrating onher statement and concluded that what she toldwas her own experience. It is as Truth as whatwas exclaimed by Sri Adi Shankara in his AdvaitaPhilosophy about .. “ Maya ” (Illusion).

From then onwards, I stopped arguing withmy mother, even though she used to continue totell me that what I am following is a little inferior.

I was in my final year B.E. (Civil) during theyear 1972. Our lecturer in Astronomical Surveywas explaining about Universe and stated that thenearest star to the earth, other than Sun, is at a

distance of four and half light years. That meansa distance of 4.5x360x24x60x60x3,00,000 km.

Such is the Universe ! I was wonder struck.So many Galaxies, so many Stars .. then what isthe size of the Universe ? I was stunned, puzzled,and then confused ! I rose from my seat and askedmy teacher : “ Sir, is there any information in theAstronomy about the creation ? Who created thisworld and why ? ”

Our teacher wondered and asked me to meethim in his chamber. When I met him later, hisfirst question was “ Do you know something aboutphilosophy? Why did you put this question ?I have no answer for this .. you may verify withsomeone who knows the answer ! ”

The question was very stormy ! I put thesame question to many. I want a mathematicalanswer but I could not get it. I was entirelyinquisitive. I became rather neurotic about thisquestion and I was admitted in Kurnool GeneralHospital for psychic treatment !

� � �

Dr. Bhujanga Rao was my psychiatrist andhe used to give me shock treatment once in everyfour days ! The course was ten shock treatments.At seventh round, I met my friend “ Raghava ”, ahouse surgeon at Kurnool Medical College, whowas the son of a great personality “ Dr. SripadaPinaka Pani ” .. a true philosopher, a very greatmusician/music scholar and superintendent ofKurnool General Hospital.

My friend Raghava took me to his father whofirst jolted me with a thundering answer for myquestion. He rather scolded me for notconcentrating on my studies inspite of my staunchbelief in Gita which believes only in action. I spentnearly three hours with him. He was emphasizing

that : “ The yardstick or the measuring unit, shouldbe proper in order to measure distance. If onewants to know the creator and his creation onemust have a measuring unit called ‘ jnana ’ , whichcan only be possessed through ‘ Sadhana ’,‘ Bhakti ’, or Yoga. Any one of these will help inraising one’s conscious levels and thus one willbe able to help oneself and reach a state called‘ beyond mind ’. At that plane alone thesequestions can be answered. ”

With the above answers I was fully satisfied.I returned to Dr. Bhujanga Rao and reported himabout my relaxation and relief of tension ! He isanother great man who showed me a verse fromGitanjali by Rabindranath Tagore wherein, it wasmentioned : “ How foolish you are to beg in frontof your own house, being the master of thehouse ”.

Dr. Rao advised me to be more realistic andaction-oriented !

At that time, there was retrenchment goingon for the jobs. So, I joined a noble contractornamely “ Y.S.C. Konda Reddy ” elder father ofDr. Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy present Chief Ministerof Andhra Pradesh, doing railway contracts nearRenigunta. My association with the company asan Engineer was unique.

Sri Konda Reddy was another greatpersonality, believer in Christianity and a sincerecontractor who used to scold me and even tookme to task whenever I was not following anyspecification. Even though the company wasundergoing huge losses, Sri Reddy used to adviseme : “ Do not to bother for loss or profit ; work ismore important than anything ”. Thus, I learntmore things from him such as : timemanagement ; keeping up the word, belief in GOD


and also the famous quotation “ work isworship ”.

In the year 1976, I got selected as JuniorEngineer in Sri Krishnadevaraya University,Anantapur, and took up the job. The first sixmonths, as the construction work had not yetstarted it was a bit of leisure time for me and Iused to spend a lot of time with Library. I couldlay my hands on the wonderful literature of “ KaviSamrat Viswanatha Satyanarayana ”. I readcompletely two great novels namely “ TerachiRaju ” and “ Mroyu Tummeda ”. In MroyuTummeda, the great poet explained what musicis all about ! I, being a casual musician, I read ittwice, which nearly changed my personality.

Sri Viswanatha captured me completely !I became a strong follower of Indian Culture. Infact, even now, I feel that .. to take birth as anIndian, one should be lucky and luckier is the onewho reads Indian traditional poetry !

� � �

Soon, I had more contacts with Telugudepartment where I found some some greatprofessors Sri T. Koteswara Rao, Sri S.Raghunath Sharma and Sri H.S. Brahmananda.. who have all enriched my philosophical urge.Sri T.K. Rao suggested me to do “ VishnuSaharsra Nama Stotram ” which I did for five yearsfrom 1981-1985.

An offer was made to me to take up a smalljob at “ Prashanthi Nilayam ” in Puttaparthy in thebeginning of 1985. After completion of one monthof my tenure, Bhagavan Sri Satya Sai Babaentrusted me with a big task and thus I left toPuttaparthy as a Contractor cum Engineerapplying leave .. on loss of pay .. from S.K.University.

It was another fortunate event which I cannever forget in my life ! On the very first day ofmy very first venture at Puttaparthy, I told Babathat I could not do justice to the assigned work.Then Baba’s reply was “ I bother more about yourmind not about your work ”. I could see a love ofthousand mothers in Baba and thus I became alife long devotee of Baba.

I was still curious about my original question.On one occasion, when I was alone with Baba at“ Trayee Brindavan ”, White Field, Bangalore, Iput the same haunting question for which therewas a thrilling answer from Baba. WhatDr. Sripada Pinaka Pani explained me once forabout three hours, Baba repeated like this :“ How can you write graduate examination in auniversity without even qualifying in primaryschool education ? ” On another occasion, I wassuggested to do sadhana continuously.

Somehow, my stay at Puttaparthy as aContractor cum Engineer could not continue fora long period. In the year 1989, the Satya Sai Trusthas decided to allot all the contracts andengineering works to the L & T Company.Subsequently, in the year 1990, I joined back onpromotion the S.K. University as AssistantEngineer.

In the year 1992, I was at “ Trayee Brindavan ”,Bengaluru, to get some arrears from the Trust.At the same time I got a phone call from my wifeinforming me that a gentleman called “ SubhashPatri ” is at home and that he was enquiring mywhereabouts.

I asked my wife to find out the purpose of hisvisit. In reply, my wife told me like this : “ I cannotunderstand much from his words. He is tellingsomething about ‘ meditation ’ and it seems heneeds your assistance and your help in spreading


meditation ”. I told my wife to inform the visitor tocome again on next Sunday, so that I would beavailable to him.

The next Sunday I was at home, and at about11 AM, I saw a tall person with glittering eyes, witha shirt tucked in and with a small bag on hisshoulder who introduced himself as “ SubhashPatri ” ! I asked “ What help can I do ? ” Hereplied : “ I want your help in spreading meditationin Anantapur ”.

The appearance of“ SUBHASH PATRI ” wastotally modern. The facewas a little innocent. I wasnot mentally prepared andhaving judged wronglywith his appearance,there was an egoisticquestion in me : “ Whattype of meditation ? ”

There was anexplanation about‘ Anapanasati Meditation ’to me. Then, I agreed to invite some more peoplein the locality. There was one hour meditation forabout five or six people the same evening.

Patriji played flute during the meditation. Afterthe meditation Patriji said that he will come againnext Saturday evening and went back to kurnool.

The next Saturday, when I came home littleearly from my office, Patrji had already arrived atmy residence ! We sat together and had a cup ofTea. With a little prejudiced mind towards themethod of Anapanasati, I started delivering alecture on meditation from ‘ Patanjali YogaSutras ’ ! This time, Patriji brought a book called

“ SETH SPEAKS ” by “ JANE ROBERTS ” and advisedme to read it.

Somehow, I was not much interested asPatriji was giving more importance to Europeanphilosophy and Buddhism. May be this was dueto my association with Indian Traditionalism.Besides, his appearance was unique. Until thattime, I had seen ‘ Sadhus ’ and ‘ Gurus ’ only witha traditional dress. And, this gentleman looksabsolutely modern ! With my little knowledge Ithought .. “ I can easily convince him and I will

advise him not to gointo public to teachthis type ofmeditation ” .. and Ibegan arguing withhim about thegreatness of Indiant r a d i t i o n a lphilosophy.

On thatSaturday night, ourdiscussion went upto late in the nightand after playing two

games of Chess we slept at about 2 AM ! Nextmorning, when I came back from my jogging, Isaw Patriji playing flute sitting in the openverandah.

I wondered at his depth in playing the flute !It was “ Raag Desi ”. I was much delighted. It wasSunday morning, and I had more leisure. Aftercompleting breakfast, Patriji insisted that I shouldread the book which he had brought. Again weboth spent the whole day in discussion andintermittently, we used to play Chess. The Sundaynight also we used to continue our discussions ..

I was not happy and I stick to my argument that“ Indian Traditional Philosophy is unparalleled ”.


Next morning, while going to Kurnool, Patriji said :“ I will come again next Saturday, by that timeyou should complete the book that I gave you ! ”

With some confusion, and with greatreluctance I read the book. It was indeed anastounding book. The main essence of the bookis “ YOU CREATE YOUR OWN REALITY ”.

� � �

I started deeply contemplating on thestatement. I couldnot digest itimmediately. It wassuggesting that manis completelyindependent and hecan easily come outof his bondage,because, thebondage was notcreated by‘ God ’ or ‘ somebodyelse ’. Man hascreated a situationwherein he himself gets identified. When he hasall the capacity to create a hell, he also ought tohave capacity to come out of the hell or createheaven ! Then a sudden flash has occurred tome. The same is the essence of the IndianClassical Wisdom .. GOD has just created theworld when he felt alone .. a symbolic meaning.Man possesses the same qualities of God ..

Tatvamasi .. Aham Brahma Asmi ! Hence, manand God are similar in qualitative analysis !

Finity and Infinity do not exist in the reality,only in relativity they appear to exist ! Thepolarities are only apparent, they do not trulyexist ! This statement reminds me a “ ShanthiMantram ” of “ Isavasyo Upanishad ” :

“ Poornamadam poornamidam- poornath poorna mudatchyathe -poornasya poornamadayapooryamevavashishyate. ”

Just like a river merging with the sea andattaining the oceanic properties .. to come to thisstage, it took two solid years for me !!

Patriji was visiting Anantapur regularly, everyweek and staying for two nights and a day ! And,

we had discussions.. and prolongeddiscussions. Yet, Icould not digestcompletely .. I gotreverence towardshim. But myinclination towardst r a d i t i o n a lphilosophy was notallowing me tosurrender totally.

The final dayhas come. It was a discussion on “ ShatDarshanas ” : Nyaaya, Meemamsa, Yoga,Sankhya, Vasheshika, and Vedanta.

Patriji explained me the oneness of allDarshanas ! These are all differentinterpretations. But the reality is one ! “ NisshabdoBrahma Uchyate ”, “ deep merging into silence !Meditation alone will provide this state ofunderstanding ” !

Then, I rose and saluted with my bothhands ! There was only one utterance from me :“ Meeku Nenu Sada Kshatriyudini ”. The meaningof which is : “ I will always follow you as greatkings used to follow Maharshis in the history ”.I could observe he was smiling and simply said :


“ You have to construct Pyramids for me ! ” Fromthat moment on, my spiritual journey took anentirely different direction and it had never stopped.

� � �

“ The Pyramid Spiritual Society ” began togain momentum in Anantapur and slowly in allsurrounding areas. A master by name Venkatesh,.. an Agricultural Officer .. at Uravakonda, 50 KM

away from Anantapur, came forward to constructa pyramid at Uravakonda. I did the constructionwork with precast RCC planks. It was the secondpyramid constructed by the Society .. after thefirst one at Kurnool.

At Anantapur, another big pyramid of size60’ x 60’ was constructed with the co-operationof Sri. N.C. Sampath Kumar, Sri O. Pratap Reddy,Ramana Murthy and Sri V. Prabhakar Chowdary.

Since the Agastya pyramid of Anantapur Ihave completed nearly nine pyramids in the Stateof Andhra Pradesh by the year 2006, and alsogave guidance to many more pyramids, in manyplaces in India ! Recently, two more pyramidswere constructed with my help at Puttaparthy andMalyavantam.

Another great change that happened to medue to meditation was that I have inclined to IndianClassical Telugu Poetry since the year 1998 orso. Wherever I go, I use to conduct classes withpoetry as media. I never thought that I could readIndian Classical Poetry. Since then, I was anexquisite thinker, it is only because of myassociation with Patriji I became a meditatorwhich, in turn, took to my “Jeeva Sanskara”.

Along with my poetry understating, I couldfind the science behind meditation. I rather feel,even now, everything is science, which, in turnfalls into the co-ordinates of cause and effect. Theexperience, finally, when it crosses the twoco-ordinates, becomes Wisdom !

At present, I took up the challenge .. a greatresponsibility given to me, by my masterBrahmarshi Patriji, to construct a Mega Pyramidof size 180’ x 180’ at Maheshwaram, in Kadtalnear Hyderabad ! I want to construct the pyramidwith stone masonry, similar to that of great Gizehpyramid in Egypt !

My mother Smt. Sugunamma is a staunchspiritualist. She has been a strong influence onme since child-hood. I remember her, doingmeditation for hours since my childhood. I hadformed an image of meditation and a ‘ Guru ’ assomeone / something which I will eventually comeacross. I remember the years of waiting for a ‘Guru ’.. to teach me the path for knowing truth. Iremember the days of sitting alone contemplatingon .. Who am I ? Who is God ? Why is there avaccum in life ? etc.

My mother had encouraged me to readspiritual books by Jiddu Krishnamurthi,Paramahansa Yogananda etc. I read“ Autobiography of a Yogi ” in my ninth class itself,which framed an idea in my young mind that Ihave a Guru waiting somewhere for me and willappear to me at the right time ! Also, I had thefeeling to run away to Himalayas and meet him.

“ my spiritual quest ”

Once, during the year 1989, my mother toldme that it takes seven years for the body to becleansed of ‘ karmas ’. Immediately, I stoppedeating non-vegetarian food. My intention was toget a ‘ Guru ’ as soon as possible !

At one point of time in my life, I thoughtmarriage was not necessary for me because Iwas to take the path of spirituality and had to bewithout ties but eventually when all the roadswere leading to marriage, I sat for contemplation.Suddenly a question came to my mind. “ Do Iwant Enlightenment ? If so, should I decide thatpath or take the path open in front of me ? ” I gotan answer that I should take the path which is infront of me .. and it will lead me to my goal at theearliest.

I had been introduced to Anapanasatimeditation in the year 1995 at Anantapur but didnot continue it. Again I was taught in April 1996 byMr. Sivaprasad at Tirupati. I had been waiting fora Guru ever since my child-hood. I love literatureand am an ardent reader of books. Along withregular meditation, I started reading all the booksthat were suggested by Patri Sir. Initially, afterlearning Anapanasati, I used to meditate for fifteenhours a day and even more.

“ my very first experience ”

I felt, I had opened my eyes and wassearching for regular things in the room, but foundnothing except bright light. Then after sometime,I was asked to open the eyes and then I woke up.I was told that earlier what happened wasthird-eye opening. My quest was spiritual. I wantedto know .. “ Who am I ? ” “ Who is God ? ” “ Whyis there a vaccum in life inspite of everything beingnormal ? ” etc. I could get the answers for myquestions in meditation and also couldunderstand many more things which I did notknow earlier ! Meditation and book-reading gaveme great clarity in my life.

Whenever I sit for meditation, I am used toask for guidance from masters like LobsangRampa, Mahavatar Babaji, Buddha,Paramahansa Yogananda, Don Juan etc .. tounderstand spiritual science. While reading theirbooks, I was in their world and used to ask themto show their world in meditation. It is like - whenwe see movies we are so involved with it that weare them. Every book has left its flavour in me.After all these years every master .. as person Ihave met, or read as a book, or saw as a vision inmeditation .. is a part of me.

I have had variousvisions in meditation whichenabled me to understandSpiritual Science. I saluteAnapanasati Meditation andPatri Sir for all that ! I am nomore a person searching fortruth or a Guru. My Ideal hasbeen Buddha and I aspire toattain Buddha-hood. I followthe path of reducing the ‘ I ’ toattain it. I try to identify mydesires and fears andcontemplate on them. I end upseeing the futility of ‘ them ’and leave ‘ them ’ but .. stillcertain subtle desires might exist and am stilltrying to observe them. This is my way of goingabout. I am very happy when I am with peoplewho are on this path. I try to guide anybody whois interested in knowing Spiritual Science,freedom, purposeful living.

I met Patri Sir on November 7th, 1998 atVishakhapatanam. Our first meeting was a totalchaos, but I was strong enough (I met Patri Sir after

2½ years of practicing meditation). I was not confusedvery much. Since my child-hood, I was waitingfor a Guru and here I was .. with the Anapanasatimeditation. But that day, all my ‘ Guru ’ conceptsimply got dissolved forever and I perfectly

understood why Patri Sir says : “ Breath is ourGuru ” !

That day, after the disastrous meeting withPatri Sir, I did not get a ‘ Guru ’ but I began to seea friend in him. He has been my friend, philosopherand guide ever since ! World requires onlymasters like him. Because of his teachings, I amnot waiting for any answers from outside and havelearnt to search within. There are so many peoplelike me who are waiting for such a kind ofdirection ! He has given freedom for so many

people like me ! This is thereason, I would like to do mypart in spreading ofAnapanasati meditation.

I am not limited to do oneparticular kind of role forspreading Anapanasati. I tryto do whatever Patri Sir,envisions as my work. Withhis guidance, I haveunderstood that maximumwork can be done wonderfullywith least effort when youevolve spiritually. There isnever an ‘ impossible ’ ormediocre work.

Working for spreading meditation has helpedme in understanding myself. I did not have anygoals when I started doing this work. Now I havefound a purpose in living. This work has been, sofar, most fulfilling ! And it also made me tounderstand, thoroughly human nature.

Finally, through my involvement in all these,I have emerged as a new person with a crystalclear vision in my life.

took my graduation

degree in B.Com., from Rajah’s College at

Pudukkottai.

I did my law course at Madras Law College

during the years 1972-75. I started my practice in

the year 1977 at Madras High Court.

I shifted my practice to Tiruttani in 1983 and

became a full fledged Trial Lawyer. My profession

is a tension ridden one, with emotional

disturbances. During the year 2000, I had to suffer

due to hypertension and chest pain. When I

consulted a leading medical practitioner and

professor, he suggested that I should do walking

and meditation regularly.

I was puzzled over the ‘ type of meditation ’

to be practiced, as there are any number of

meditations in vogue .. like “ Raja Yoga ”,

“ Transcendental Meditation ”, “ Isha Yoga ” and

“ Ananda Sampoorna Yoga ” .. which confused

me. So, I kept quiet for some time. Then, one of

my clients Mr. Vijayakumar from Pallipet, a border

town between Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh,

introduced me to “ Tirupati Pyramid Spiritual

Society ”.

On the very first day, I had the opportunity of

seeing Brahmarshi Patriji who just then returned

from United States of America (2004). A rousing

welcome was given to him at the Mahathi

auditorium, Tirupati. I witnessed the aroma around

Patriji and I was taken aback by the vibration and

energy emanating from him ! That was the golden

day in my life and I was introduced to

“ Anapanasati Meditation ” and I became an

intensive practitioner. The day I saw Patriji was

the great turning point in my life !

I was advised by a doctor not to take up

strenuous jobs and exercises. But, to the dismay

of my family members, I took trekking along with

Patriji and others during Kodaikanal conference

during May 2007. Recently, I undertook seven

kilometers trekking at “ Kolli Hills ” with the team

of Mr. Jagadish of Chennai Pyramid Spiritual

Society with much ease and comfort, thanks to

the meditation taught by Patriji.

I was fortunate enough to take my first lesson

directly from Patriji. He is so simple, yet so very

authoritative in his speech. With his inimitable

style, he mesmerizes everyone ! I learnt all his

teaching from his audio tapes : viz. “ Science of

Meditation ”, “ Jesus Christ ” “ Confucius ” “ Law

of Karma ”, “ No Death ” and “ Bhaja Govindam ”.

He is so very eloquent !

Very recently, on 17th March, 2008, I had a

rare opportunity of attending

Dhyana conference at

Pondicherry with him. Patriji

mesmerized the entire crowd

with his eloquent speech. All the

participants became like

statues first .. those statues

breathed and meditated and

then they became robots to the

magical wand of Patriji ! I had

the special privelage of

translating his english speach

into Tamil ! It is the best moment

in my life !

The entire crowd, along

with the Pondicherry M.L.A., became jubilant after

meditation and everybody narrated the beautiful

experiences they had in meditation. It is the result

of emotional vibrations of being with our master

Patriji.

I was born andbrought up in VijayawadaAndhra Pradesh. Mymarriage with Mr. RajaRao made me to land inVizag.

My father, Sri K.V.Srinivasa Rao, is a popular artist (drawing & painting)

and also an administrator of the school which weown. My mother Smt. Rukmini Devi works as thecorrespondent for the school, along with myyounger brother Venu.

I was introduced to meditation during mycollege days by none other than MadamNagalakshmi .. my physics lecturer .. currentlyeditor of both Spiritual India and DhyanandhraPradesh magazines.

First time, when I sat to meditate along witha group of senior masters, as soon as I closedmy eyes, I felt my body was vibrating andtremendous energy began flowing through myspine. I saw bright flashes of light moving withgreat speed. The experience left me overwhelming, with tears of joys ! This was the turningpoint in my life.

From then onwards, my journey in the worldof meditation progressed with wonderfulexperiences. I had several third-eye visions and

astral journies to various places and differentworlds through which I received many messagesfrom masters of astral planes.

Shortly after my initiation into meditation,I met Patriji for the first time. As I shook handswith Patriji, he looked straight into my eyes as healways does with whomsoever he comes across.I somehow knew intuitively that it was more thanjust a stare. He was seeing the real me within !I was awe-struck. At that instant, I felt that I toomust learn to see the formless inner-being ineveryone and everything apart from the externalform.

Later on, by reading the new-age spiritualbooks suggested by Patriji and also by meetingco-masters and discussing various subjects andexperiences with them, I came to understand thatI could see the true nature of everything aroundme only if I make a journey within and realize theself.

During the beginning years of my spiritualjourney, I was quite fascinated with my own aswell as others’ meditational experiences.Gradually, I began to understand the essence ofall those experiences .. be it message from astralmasters, journeys to other worlds, checking onpast-lives or healing powers .. all these lead tothe knowing of the facts that we are all multi-dimensional cosmic beings, cosmic co-creators.. creating our own realities and that life is neverending, but a forever on-going process.

There were also times when I was at mylowest ebb, feeling scattered and trying to seekknowing that everything is within. The gapbetween knowing and not being, was felt greatlyduring these times. It was then that Patriji’sguidance helped me in such a way that I opted

for nothing else but self-reliance. Well, it’s the verymotto of our Movement .. “ APPO DEEPO BHAVA ”.

That’s when I started to rise fromforgetfulness .. forgetfulness of what I am .. to aremembrance, and a profound understandingthat everything is within, began to dawn.

Theoretically, yes, we are all GODS. But topractically actualize and experience theGOD-HOOD is what we are here for ! And to thispoint, I stick strongly to the truth .. and the unfoldingand blooming of my GOD-HOOD is continuing ...

Patriji always refers to the proverb :“ Practice makes a man perfect ”. Practicingmeditation leads to calming the mind and beingstill which in turn allows us to savour and enjoyevery moment of life with almost simplicity andharmony.

Once upon a time in a village in ancient India,there was a little goat and a priest.

The priest wanted to sacrifice the goat to thegods. He raised his arm to cut the goat’s throat,when suddenly the goat began to laugh.

The priest stopped, amazed and asked thegoat, “ Why do you laugh ? Don’t you know thatI’m about to cut your throat ? ”. “ Oh yes ” saidthe goat, “ After 499 times of dying and beingreborn as a goat, I will be reborn as a humanbeing. ”

Then the little goat began to cry. The highpriest said, “ Why are you now crying ? ” And thelittle goat replied, “ For you, poor priest. 500 livesago, I too was a high priest and sacrificed goatsto the gods ”. The priest dropped to his knees,saying, “ Forgive me, I beg you. From now on, Iwill be the guardian and protector of every goat inthe land. ”

The tale, appears in the opening scene ofthe movie .. “ Little Buddha ”.

In terms of spiritual evolution, the animalkingdom is very close to the humans. In fact, thehumans also form part of the animal kingdom.Therefore, killing and eating animals is like killingand eating our own brothers and sisters.

Animals have reasoning abilities, feelings,and even emotions. Killing and eating themattracts negative Karma. At the etheric level, thenegative vibrations associated with such actionscontaminate our aura thus making us more proneto afflictions of the body, mind, emotions andspirit.

The Bible says, “ Thou shalt not kill ”, buteverywhere people are slaughtering animals andeating them. All religious scriptures promote non-violence as the first principle of religious life.

Whatever we see is created by GOD. No onehas the right to kill anything or anyone, becauseno one can create anything. We cannot createan animal. We cannot create even a mosquito.

Spiritual life means non-violence. Animalsshould be protected. This is confirmed in theBible :

“ Whatever you do unto the least ofmy brothers, you do it unto me ”.

( Matthew 25:40 )

On meeting Patriji in the night of 18th Mayafter the programme, he invited us all personallyto the “ Akhanda Dhyana ” inside the MaitreyaBuddha Pyramid, that was to take place duringearly morning on 19th May.

“ 19th morning, May 2008 ”

We modified our original programme to leavefor Mysore next day morning accordingly we allreached the valley by 7.45 a.m. 19th.

As we were inside the pyramid, we werebeckoned by Patriji to the king’s chamber. Wemoved there silently, taking a breathtaking viewof the sea of masters quietly meditating on thefloor of the pyramid. There were almost fourthousand of them and we had the rare privilegeto be in the king’s chamber ! I was quite surprisedat my new found energy and capacity to run allthe steps to the top despite my age ! Somethingwas really pushing me and I had the easy strengthand vitality of an young girl in her teens !

To the accompaniment of the music throughPatriji’s melodious flute, I began my meditationalong with other masters. For a while, I would hearthe flute music and then it was a differentexperience altogether. I experienced a whirlingsensation and after that I was a witness to theappearence of great masters like MahatmaGandhi, Jesus Christ and ParamahansaYogananda .. who were all reaching the topthrough a glass elevator to the king’s chamber.Mahatma Gandhi gave me a peaceful smile, whileJesus appeared for the first time in an angry moodwith a sword in his right hand signifying therebythat he wanted to put an end to all the evil forceson this earth !

After a while, I could see an yellowish, goldenlight with a light greenish tinge coming from abovefollowed by the great Gautama Buddha in a goldenchariot !!!

Immediately, the golden light spread on all ofus present there, in the Maitreya Buddha Pyramid.

Then I saw Patriji .. fully dipped in the GOLDEN

LIGHT ! Suddenly, thereafter, I had an urge to openmy eyes which I do not do normally, but somethingmade me open my eyes .. and lo and behold .. Ifound Patriji, physically standing before me, onthe lower rungs of the staircase and his face wasplaced right opposite to me !

“ waves of bliss ”

I could feel waves of bliss coming to me fromhim and I started sobbing which is very rare inmy case ! On seeing this, Patriji came up andsat beside me. I attempted to narrate myexperience but failed due to the bliss feeling whichcontinued for a while with all the tears in my eyes.After a while when everything came to normal, Isaw Patriji sitting in mediation. So I too went intomeditation.

Then I could see an infinite number of peoplecoming to the pyramid from various parts of theworld ! All their dirt .. karma .. was getting washedout and they were ascending to the higher worldsvia our pyramid !

I also got a message that the “ MAITREYA

BUDDHA PYRAMID ” will soon become the mostpowerful passage-way to reach Highest Statesof Consciousness ! Whole of the humanity hasto come here some day for spiritualelevation ! I saw a huge form of Patriji and themasters showering multicolored, beautiful, light-weight flowers on him !

you with the basis for yet another religion to whichyou can serve up your power. It is surely not toequip the charismatic amongst you with the toolsto command the devotion and resources of thefellow beings.

It is surely not our purpose to create a newset of parameters for humankind to wield asevidence of a GOD who would remain in an exaltedposition to each of you. For, the GOD that speaksto you now, in this moment, is ONENESS .. theONENESS .. that dwells within each of you.

Man has created GOD in an image that weare not here to “ live up to ”. For, to embody theexalted concept of the DIVINE, to the exclusion ofall else, would limit the scope of all that ONENESS

is. For ONENESS is you. All of you.

The qualities that you strive most diligentlyto transcend are no less characteristic of thatONENESS, than your highest thought or action. For,what ONENESS is, simply Is. There is no judgment.There is no ‘ higher ’ or ‘ lower ’. All in ONENESS.

The delineation and compartmentalization ofthe concept of GOD is the training you have comehere to transcend. You have not come here toweigh the relative merits of one body of self-righteous dogmas over another.

You have come into form, in these times, toliberate yourself from the human tendency to doso. You have come to taste the experience of yourown connectedness to ALL THAT IS .. not for the

purpose of knowing GOD, but rather, for thepurpose of knowing yourself.

We speak to you now, not as the “ GOD ”whom you would perceive to be separate fromall that you are. But rather as “ ONENESS ”, theONENESS that is the very essence of each of you.

When one is in conscious alignment with thesum-totality of one’s connectedness to ALL THAT

IS, there is no limit to what can be experienced orcreated in physical form.

Those who are sufficiently free withinthemselves to embrace their transformationalmoment and cast aside a lifetime of culturallyinduced beliefs .. are those whose lives transformin ways that seem miraculous. These are theones who often become the TEACHERS OF THE

MASSES. They can teach the trials oftransformation from the standpoint of having livedthrough the most poignant shifts inconsciousness, rather than simply havingintellectualized those concepts theoretically.

For construction of a pyramid, it is enoughif you know the base (B) measurement alone andyou can calculate the rest, that is the side (S),height (H) and the King’s Chamber height of thepyramid.

Beauteous works of humankind that no longerexist, such as the Hanging Gardens of Babylonor the Colossus of Rhodes, are also still presenton The Other Side.

Anything that is of beauty or magnificence isthere for us to enjoy .. whether or not it’s actuallyon the planet anymore.

“ truly a paradise ”

The Other Side is not only made for GOD’screations, but it’s truly a paradise .. in which wehave bodies for our souls, magnificent buildingsand structures, gorgeous and eternally floweringgardens, constant love and light, and thesplendour of nature in all its glory !

In fact, nothing of the natural beauty of Earthis left out : we still have the Grand Canyon, the


“ seven levels ”

The Other Side consists of seven levels.

The word ‘ level ’ doesn’t mean that one isbetter than another ! In other words, a soul on thethird level can be just as advanced as one on thesixth and so forth. Most of the levels can bedefined as our ‘ vocation ’ on The Other Side that is,what we love to do and feel best suited for.

“ level 1 .. transitional state ”

The first level isn’t really a level as such. It’sactually just the transitional state from life on Earthto that on The Other Side, the so-called “ WayStation ” for outgoing and incoming souls.

Some are leaving home to complete theircharts .. they’re off with what they’ve contractedto do learn for GOD, perfect their souls, and gainmore knowledge.

They’ve got their themes .. their purposes ..

which carry all the joys, pains, and nuances thatmake up the life they’ve contracted for in a newincarnation.

Meanwhile, the incoming souls carry withthem all the knowledge that they’ve acquired fromtheir just-lived life on Earth and are ecstatic to beback home .. hopefully much wiser and whichtheir souls expanded from what they’ve just gonethrough.

“ death isn’t as difficult as birth ”

This is a challenging level, especially for theoutgoing entities who are going into an Earth life.The soul’s entrance and departure from life onEarth is seemingly hard both ways, but death isn’tnearly as difficult as birth is.

When we die, we do go through the tunnel.Whenever we do travel through the tunnel, wedon’t go alone. Our guide, angels, loved ones whohave passed before us, and the many we knowand love, greet us and help us make the transition.

“ thousands of friends on the other side ”

Most people fail to think about the myriadsouls on The Other Side who never incarnate withus, yet many are often closer to us than anyoneon the Earth plane is.

There are usually hundreds of people andpets awaiting anyone who passes over tocelebrate their home-coming .. and many times,there’s a giant party to boot !

“ back in the real life of god ”

No matter how someone may have died, The

Other Side is a paradise where there’s no negativityof any kind ! Therefore, anyone who dies andmakes it over there is happy beyond all our dreamsand expectations .. after all, they’re back in thereal life that GOD made for us all.

We’ll all go back home at one time oranother, a reality in which we no longer experiencethe negative human emotions of jealousy, hate,greed, laziness, prejudice, envy, anger, and thelike.

We don’t have to eat or sleep .. we canassume any looks or body we wish .. we canchoose our friends and loved ones without anyrepercussions .. we can work at anything wewant, with total satisfaction and the necessarytalent to do so .. we can dance, sing, laugh, andhold intimate and meaningful conversations .. wecan study and research to our heart’s content ..

and on and on it goes. Think of anything that bringsyou joy and you can do it !

Those on The Other Side are not tooconcerned with the everyday events of our Earthlives, especially when they know that we’ll be withthem soon.

Sure, they’ll look in on us from time to time,but they also know that what has happened to themwill soon happen to us and that we’ll be as blissfullyeuphoric when we return home as they are.


“ getting younger and younger ”

Amazingly, all the things you’ve worried aboutslip away as you go through the tunnel, and youjust know that everything everywhere will be allright. There’s such a sense of utter knowing, well-being, and blessed relief from all of life’s problems.

As you progress through the tunnel, whichis very bright, you see the end of it as an evenbrighter light.

As you get closer, you can only make outsilhouetted forms atfirst, but as you getcloser you begin todiscern the faces ofyour passed-over lovedones.

You’re also awarethat as you go throughthe tunnel, you’re gettingyounger and youngeruntil you reach the ageof thirty !

So, even though it’stransitory, this level is very important to bothoutgoing and incoming souls. It’s the last stopbefore a person goes into an incarnation to learnfor GOD, as well as the first stop for a soul comingHome.

“ level 2 .. orientation ”

The second level on The Other Side is actuallythe orientation process, which can take manyforms.

When we emerge from the tunnel, wegenerally have an immediate reunion with ourloved ones and pets. This meeting can be briefor extended, but eventually we start an“ orientation process ” that’s different for eachsoul, just as each soul is unique unto itself.

This is not only a learning process ofbecoming reoriented back home, but it’s also ahealing process that helps alleviate some of the

soul trauma that occurs from incarnation andwhen a soul switches between dimensions thatare so different in nature.

“ hall of wisdom ”

Your “ spirit guide ” may immediately takeyou to the “ HALL OF WISDOM ” .. a beautiful, whiteRomanesque building with gleaming pillars andmarble steps leading up to huge golden doorsthat swing open when you approach.

You’re then escorted into a room that you’refamiliar with after manylives. There’s a domedceiling that emitsprisms of brilliant light,and you sit quietly on amarble bench andwatch a video screenthat appears from thefloor.

You’ll view yourjust-lived existence in3-D, almost as if you’rethere, yet you’re just anobserver. By this time,

it’s just you and the presence of GOD who areobserving your whole life.

“ time doesn’t really exist ”

Now if you lived to be eighty years old, thatdoesn’t mean that you’ll sit there for eighty years.. remember that time doesn’t really exist onThe Other Side.

Also, your brain-power is now hundredpercent, so you can observe and absorbinformation more quickly and accurately. You’reliterally scanning your life but with more detail andaccuracy than you could ever hope to obtain onthe Earth Plane.

“ a time of reflection ”

You observe every part of your life, includingyour actions and influences, along with what youdidn’t do, and you make mental notes. Our minds


are so much moreexpanded on The Other

Side that this is enough.

What you feel youshould have done andthe joy of what you diddo survive .. of courseyou have feelings, butyou don’t experiencepain, rejection, orsorrow again.

There’s no one tocriticize you, no “ voice from god ” booms that youought to be ashamed. Instead, you’re moreinterested in the fact that you stayed close to yourpreviously written chart. You realize your strengthsand weaknesses.

It’s truly a time of reflection on your just-livedexistence, and lost or fuzzy memories becomeclear again without any suffering.

“ hall of justice .. the council ”

After that facet of orientation is over, yourguide escorts you to the “ HALL OF JUSTICE ” ..

another Romanesque building that also looks asif it has prism of light that emanate from thepinkish-looking marble .. where the “ COUNCIL ”

resides.

The “ COUNCIL ” is a group of very advancedsouls .. also called “ BROTHER-HOOD ” or“ AVATARS ” or “ ELDERS ” who have been pickedby GOD as advisors and are very evolved andspiritual.

They’re also the only ones on The Other Side.. who look older, which delineates their wisdom !They dress in white robes with golden sashesand sit at such a table that allows you to walk inthe middle of them, with these dear entitiesgathered all around you.

“ elders’ wisdom is invaluable ”

All people on all levels are privy to going tothe COUNCIL if they so desire, and whether it’s

constructing a chartfor a proposed life orreviewing one justlived, their wisdom isinvaluable.

At orientation,you’re asked to speakabout your life andwhat you decided toaccomplish beforeyou came in, and theCOUNCIL reviews yourchart with you .. which,

of course, they helped advise you on before youeven went into life.

You’re asked to explain how you think youdid, yet in no way is this an adversarial proceeding;it’s more like a loving critique and, if anything, is akind and uplifting experience.

You’re asked if you would have done asituation differently .. and if so, how and why, andthe COUNCIL takes your side whenever you maybe too hard on yourself.

They will also defend you if you say that youcould have done better, and they’ll gently lead youto a deeper understanding of why you may havemissed some guideposts on your particular road.It truly is what it claims to be .. counseling thatinforms and helps you see your experiencesmore clearly.

You’re then given time to decide whether youwant to go into life again. The average personwho dies on the Earth Plane takes approximatelythree days in our time to fully gather their completeessence after death, but this is like a minute forwho on The Other Side.

“ reunited with closest intimates ”

After you leave the session with the COUNCIL,you go out near the “ HALL OF JUSTICE ”, wherethere’s huge meadow and rose garden. You’re


then reunited in a very personal way with yourclosest intimates, and you may decide to be one-on-one with your soul mate for a while or talk witha small group of loved ones.

You can also go back to the scanningmachine with them and allow them to view partsor the whole of your life if it helps them learn.

“ hall of records ”

You may next decide to go to what are calledthe “ TOWERS ” behind the “ HALL OF RECORDS ”,which is a massive Greek / Roman structure thatcontains all of the scrolls and records of lives.It’s also called the“ AKASHIC RECORDS ”,which are the recordedknowledge of allhumankind from infinity,as well as every actionrelated to humans,Earth or the universe.

“ cocooned entities ”

In some cases,entities may come backfrom Earth and bewhat’s called ‘ cocooned ’. This happens whensouls have been very traumatized in their just-lived lives. This doesn’t necessarily mean thatthey’ve had a harsh or even painful crossing .. itcould be the result of a very quick passing or alife in which they had many scars put on theirsoul.

Such entities are placed in a sleep-like statein an enclosed chamber and given a form oftherapy to heal any trauma they may haveendured.

The orientation process is slower for thesecocooned entities, but since we know that there’sno time on The Other Side, it still happens veryquickly. Eventually, they’re awakened and can seetheir loved ones and go into the “ HALL OF WISDOM ”

to review their lives, but with now-healed mindsand souls.

While cocooning isn’t a rare occurrence,most entities tend to “ hit the ground running ” ..

that is, they go through the tunnel, say ‘ hello ’ totheir animals and loved ones, go into the “ HALL

OF WISDOM ”, and then come out and resume theactivities that they left behind.

This second level is a fairly quick onebecause it’s a genuinely happy process of gettingused to an environment without the negativity of

the life we just camefrom. This is a place tocollect and reorientourselves before wemove on to the nextlevels.

“ level 3 .. animalhusbandry,

horticulture ”

The third level : Nomatter what level we’reon, we can visit, work,and have loved ones on

different levels. In other words, there’s no ‘ classdistinction ’ between the levels.

The third level is where all the work in foliage,flowers, and gardening is being done.

It’s also where the animals are. And whilesome entities on this level multitask .. like takingcare of animals while simultaneously doingresearch in some other field .. most are contentto do their work and research in the same area.

“ bugs don’t exist .. no hunting ”

There are new species of orchids, and everyplant you could ever conceive of is created andcared for. Bugs don’t exist, and there aren’t anydiseases such as fungus.

This level also has manyresearchers in the animal andhorticulture fields. Instinctualactions such as huntingaren’t done on The Other Side

and animal communicationisn’t a mystery .. any personcan understand any creatureand vice versa.

Entities on this level cantrain animals, ride them, playwith them, and even interactwith them, although theinteraction never reaches thelevel of that with a fellow human being .. after all,The Other Side .. isn’t Narnia.

People on this level take care of all creatures,including those that were wild and didn’t have anowner in life, as well as the ones that choose tostay and wait for their loved ones. Some animalswill stay with relatives or loved ones on the otherside who were familiar with them on Earth.

Many entities on The Other Side make specialtrips to view and interact with the animals. To seevast herds and group of these magnificentcreatures in the wonderful beauty of nature is trulya treat.

“ level 4 .. artistic, aesthetic pursuits ”

On the fourth level, we encounter writers,painters, sculptors, composers, musicians,singers, poets, and entertainers .. along withartisans, craftspeople, and architects who dealwith wood, brick, clay, marble, or any othermedium that helps people create something fromtheir own designs or imagery.

Someone like Beethoven comes into life withthe knowledge that he’s acquired on The Other Side.Some individuals do bring things in with them frompast lives .. for eons of time we’ve been on The

Other Side, so our acquiredknowledge comes down withus when we incarnate.

Ancient architecture ofthe Greeks, Romans, andEgyptians .. are just copies ofdesigns that have existedforever on our HOME and werecarried over to the Earthplane.

So, we not only chooseour lives when we incarnate,but we can bring marvelousknowledge with us, too.

There are increasingnumbers of people coming into life with verydefinitive artistic abilities. In fact, the whole cultureeither wants to help make the world better throughresearch or by bringing in beauty. Also, manyentities are coming back from ATLANTIS andLEMURIA, where knowledge reigned supreme.

“ level 5 .. scientists, mission-life entities,mystical travellers ”

The fifth level is the domain of what areknown as “ mission-life entities ” and “ mysticaltravellers ”, along with researchers, scientists,and certain types of counselors.

This level has a lot of diversity andmovement. Many entities here multi-task withother levels and even interchange levelsdepending on what they’re doing.

These entities are recognized by their searchfor spirituality and by the fact that they step awayfrom the crowd. They come to bring humankindback to the reality of what GOD’s all about andwhat we’re here for.

A mystical traveller, however, always createsa better understanding in the spiritual arena. Suchan entity will go to any planet or galaxy wherethey’re needed to bring about the understanding

“ mission-life entities ”

Mission-life entities start out .. not necessarilyspiritually at first .. but they always move into thatarea wanting to help people, and they come inwith knowledge about GOD, goodness, The Other

Side, or just saving humanity in general. It’s likewhen Martin Luther King Jr., said : “ I have adream. ” It was one that he wanted to become areality, in which all humankind .. black, white,yellow, red, and brown .. would get along and loveeach other, for we’re all created by our almightyGOD.

Mission-life entities and mystical travellersmay feel somewhat reluctant after they get downto Earth because their lives are often up for grabs.This doesn’t mean that they don’t have a chart ..

it’s just all over the place.

They’re out there helping, travelling,speaking, and writing using any type of media toget their message out.

Being a mystical traveller or mission-lifeentity takes a great commitment on thatindividual’s part.

There are also counselors on this level whowork with children who are either coming homeor going out to a life on Earth, and they interactfreely with those on the sixth level who deal withtrauma and adult souls.

Those on The Other Side are the epitome ofteamwork as they pull together for the commongood of creation and GOD.

“ level 6 .. teachers, lecturers ”

The sixth level is where we find teachers,lecturers, and more counselors. And althoughthere are researchers on every level, most ofthem are actually on this one.

Teachers and lecturers also reside on everylevel, but again, the bulk of them are here on thesixth. They share their lessons with all to enjoyand learn from while on The Other Side.

The sixth level is also the one in which we’retaught how to be spirit guides.

Such guides also have to learn how tocommunicate verbally or audibly, learn how totelepathically, channel more strongly or discoverhow to occupy the body of the medium they’re intune with. Yet, all guides have to get messagesor warnings across. They also have to go throughextensive preparations to become more‘ humanized ’ .. otherwise, they couldn’t reallyempathize with Earthly plights.

Spirit guides, researchers, and teachersconfer with the COUNCIL frequently when they needhelp. For example, a spirit guide might ask forthe COUNCIL’s assistance when the person they’reguiding gets into trouble. They don’t interfere, butmany times they try to telepathically help theircharge with tough decisions or through grief oradversity.

“ level 7 .. back to godhead ”

The seventh level can be as it’s the onewhere people give up their individuality and goBACK INTO THE GODHEAD .. that is, the UNCREATED

MASS OF GOD.

The term “ NIRVANA ” has often been usedfor the state of being at one with GOD.

To attain this state means to perfect one’ssoul through the living of enough lives .. and bybecoming one with GOD in eternal bliss, they don’thave to endure any more Earthly existences. But,we can do so without losing our Divine identity ..

and most of us do just that.
