This provides design information that should save on design fees, help minimise build costs and maximise revenue-generating space.
As part of this model, we have looked carefully at build costs and operating efficiencies to create a hotel that we believe can help maximise the return on your investment. In essence, it does this by efficiently planning the front-of-house and back-of-house relationship and using a simple modular approach to room construction.
