Thank you for your interest in the 41st Annual Holiday Arts & Crafts Show hosted by the Frost Middle School PTSA whose proceeds help to support Frost students. By submitting an application, all applicants agree to the terms and conditions listed here as well as in the Frost Holiday Arts and Crafts Show acceptance letter.
Media All items must be original work of exhibitor. No kits, commercial products, buy and sell, or retail stores allowed. Any work not done in good taste or not acceptable may be removed. Display only items listed on your exhibitor application for which you have provided photos.
Jury Frost PTSA Craft Show Committee will be the sole judge of admissibility and reserves the right to exclude any exhibit or part thereof. A limited number of crafters in each category will be accepted to maintain a good balance and fair representation.
Booth Assignments Exhibit spaces are filled in order applications are received with full payment. Booth locations cannot be guaranteed.
Crafter ReliefBack by popular demand! Craft Shows can be a long day - pamper yourself with our Crafter Relief Services.

Fees/Deadline $65/space, 10’ wide x 6’ deep$65/space. 20’ wide x 3’ deep$95/space, 10’ wide x 10’ deep (limit 1)
*Electricity available for additional $10.*Limited 10’ x 10’ and 20’ x 3’ spaces available.*Fees include floor space and 1 chair. *Bring your own tables.*Late registration fee for applications received after June 1, 2017
Raffle A portion of your application fee will be allocated toward our gift certificate raffle. All exhibitors presented with a certificate will be required to accept the certificate. Frost PTSA will reimburse the full value of the certificate.
To Apply *Submit 3 or more photos of your work & 2 photos of your display. *Print your name on each photo *Include photos of each media you intend to display and a self-addressed,stamped envelope for photo returns. *Include check or money order payable to Frost PTSA Craft Show.
No applications will be considered without photos.* Upon acceptance, fees are non-refundable.* Upon acceptance, more detailed information will be sent to you.
