Child Discount: Children aged up to 3 are free of charge,4 to 14-year-olds get a € 10.00 discount per day.Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments.

Our apartments (Schäfergasse 5) are centrally located, yet also very quiet. They are charmingly furnished and offer a lovely, unobstructed view. All apartments have a shower (apartment D with bathtub), toilet, hairdryer, TV (cable TV), radio, telephone, free Wi-Fi Internet, vacuum cleaner and safe. Each kitchen has an electric stove with 2 burners, a re-frigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, tableware, glasses, etc. All of the bed linens, bath, hand and kitchen towels are provided. Children's cribs are available upon request free of charge. Children's playground, sun terrace with lounge chairs and parasols.All additional costs are included in the price , such as linens, weekly cleaning, final cleaning, garage parking, etc.The local tax of € 3.50 per adult/day is not included.

We will gladly deliver fresh bread and pastries to you apart-ment doorstep upon request on weekdays. Pets are only allowed in apartments A + B.We charge € 12.00 per day for dogs. If possible, the rental term should be of at least one week, but day by day rentals are also possible. For a 2-weeks stay, we offer a -5% discount, -10% for 3 weeks. We charge an extra +10% for a single night, an extra +5% for two nights.

In the immediate vicinity: Cable car and mountain lifts,restaurants, shops, doctor, post office, church, ski school, sports equipment rental, indoor riding arena, etc.

If possible, arrival should be between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. (or by appointment). Please check in in the BROSER Bed & Breakfast (next to the church). We kindly ask you to check-out by 10:00 a.m.

Payment: One day before departure in cash or by EC card.

Terms of Cancellation: No cancellation fee up to 2 months before arrival. From 2 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 3 days. From 30 days before arrival we charge 90% of the booking. Should you arrive later or leave earlier than planned, the entire stay is charged. We recommend that our guests take out a travel cancellation insurance with their insurance company.
