ABOUT US We are Sitka & Spruce, The Corson Building, Bar Sajor, The London Plane, Bar Ferd’nand and Old Chaser Farm. Together, we offer a range of private and special event experiences, from private dining room meals for small groups, takeaway lunches for your office, to festive cocktail parties for large groups.

No matter the size of the event, we strive to tailor each one on our calendar to the particu-lar preferences of our guests. At the core of our programming lies our commitment to serving a meal that will be memorable and unique, and will feature ingredients that are impeccably sourced and meticulously prepared.

M E Z Z A N I N E P R I VAT E D I N I N G RO O M :Sitka & Spruce’s private dining area is located in the mezzanine of Melrose Market and can seat up to 16 guests.

PRICING:- Set family-style prix fixe menu, $75 per guest for dinner, $45 per guest for lunch- For dinner, there is a $1,100 minimum of food & beverage purchases, and for lunch the minimum is $500- Automatic gratuity of 20% is added to food & beverage charges. Also, tax of 9.5% is ap-plied.

Originally built as a home in 1926, The Corson Building space is a unique and beautiful backdrop for weddings and other special occasion events.

- Our dining room seats up to 32 guests and is ideal for smaller events

- Our patio can seat an additional 45 guests, and during the summer months, we are able to comfortably host up to 90 guests for seated meals. During the rainy season, we can ex-plore options for hosting larger groups so please contact us to discuss

- Menus are built especially for each guest. A majority of our ingredients are sourced through our farm on Vashon Island or our friends’ farms in the surrounding areas. We ask that you compile a list of dietary restrictions and allergies and our team will put together a menu

All events are subject to a 22% administration fee which is based on the food & beverage total. The administrative fee is not a gratuity and serves to offset ancillary expenses associ-ated with the planning and administration of this event. Additional gratuity is not expected.

Events at The Corson Building are subject to a facility fee:-October through May 14, $1,000 per 4 hour event-Weekdays May 15 through September 30, $1,500 per 4 hour event-Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays May 15 through September 30, $2,500 per 4 hour event

Also, there are food and beverage minimums:-$3,000 for Sunday through Thursday-$4,000 for Friday-$5,000 for Saturday-$2,500 for brunch & lunch

Pricing excludes 9.5% Seattle Sales Tax.

At The London Plane Flower Shop, we make

a variety of custom floral arrangements for

your dining event, from to table center-

pieces to grand entry arrangements. Our

style is loose and romantic, with particular

attention to color and form. The flowers and

branches we use are sourced from our own

farms, as well as foraged locally. In addition,

we buy from farms along the West Coast

and beyond, from growers we respect and

admire.
