Cameron was baptized into Christ on January 10, 2016. Some of Cameron’s favorite church memories include: paint-balling with the youth group and going to the water park. Cameron is the 2018 Salutatorian of the Hampshire Unit School Class. Cameron is a member of the Hampshire Bass Fishing Team. Cameron has earned awards in Chemistry, Geometry, Biology, Land Elevation and FFA. Some of Cameron’s favorite scriptures include: Psalm 42: 1 - As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God. Romans 12:2 - Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. James 1:12 - Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him. After high school, Cameron plans to attend Tennessee Tech University and major in Mechanical Engineering. Cameron says, “The Hohenwald Church of Christ is a place for me to reconnect with God. The HCoC is a place of comfort to me and I always feel like I’m safe when I go there.”

Prayer Requests: Billy Griner was admitted to St. Thomas West on Sunday evening with blood pressure issues and was

expected to come home at the end of the week. Darrell Duncan had a 3rd surgery on Thursday to

remove a hematoma. Sheryl Smith, Jeff Holbrook’s sister, had

successful surgery on Wednesday and received news that cancer had not spread to her lymph nodes.

SENIOR NIGHT

Tonight we will honor our LCHS seniors. Sunday night’s worship service will

include songs and scriptures selected by our seniors. After our evening worship concludes, there will be a slideshow

honoring our seniors, a blessing by our shepherds, and a presentation of Bibles. We will then be dismissed to the FLC to enjoy a time of fellowship together. Join

us as we honor our seniors. We ask that you bring finger foods.

Congratulations to Kenzie & Matt McClain on the birth of their son, William (Liam) Cody Lee McClain.

Liam was born on May 3, 2018 and weighed 7 lbs., 6 oz. and was
