Hockey Tasmania Registration Instructions RENEWING MEMBERS: This is an instruction guide to how to renew your HT membership. This workflow is for people who played club hockey in Tasmania in 2014 & 2015 and should already be registered in our database. If you are new to club hockey in Tasmania, please view the “NEW MEMBERS” tab on the MemberDesq home screen. If you would like to register yourself under a new email address and password that isn’t already our system, please follow our “NEW MEMBERS” instructions. Keep in mind that this email address will be the main avenue for correspondence between HT and you, so ensure it is correct. Step 1) Navigate to the HT home screen (shown below) and click Login. Step 2) Enter the email address you think is most likely already in our system. Then enter the password you think you may have used. Click Login. If you can’t remember your password, click on the ‘Forgotten your password?’ and follow the prompts to receive a password reset link.

Hockey Tasmania Registration Instructions

RENEWING MEMBERS:

This is an instruction guide to how to renew your HT membership. This workflow is for people who played club hockey in Tasmania in 2014 & 2015 and should already be registered in our database. If you are new to club hockey in Tasmania, please view the “NEW MEMBERS” tab on the MemberDesq home screen. If you would like to register yourself under a new email address and password that isn’t already our system, please follow our “NEW MEMBERS” instructions. Keep in mind that this email address will be the main avenue for correspondence between HT and you, so ensure it is correct. Step 1) Navigate to the HT home screen (shown below) and click Login.

Step 2) Enter the email address you think is most likely already in our system. Then enter the

password you think you may have used. Click Login. If you can’t remember your password, click on

the ‘Forgotten your password?’ and follow the prompts to receive a password reset link.

Step 3) You will reach a summary screen that will list your Outstanding Subscriptions, Active

Subscriptions and Expired Subscriptions (subscriptions from 2014 and 2015 that are no longer

active).

These subscriptions will be relevant when you renew in 2017.

To begin your 2016 registration, click ‘Renew’.

Step 4) Choose your association, Southern Hockey League or North & North-West Hockey League.

Then select the club you wish to join. Click Register.

Step 5) Choose the subscriptions for the 2016 season.

The subscriptions are separated into HT and club subscription types. HT subscriptions will be listed in

green to help you tell the difference between HT subscriptions and club subscriptions.

Select the subscription type that apply to you.

You MUST select a HT subscription type in order to be able to play club hockey in Tasmania; you

WILL NOT be able to appear on SportsDesq team sheets unless you do.

Descriptions of each HT subscription type appear below the HT subscriptions. Read these, make sure

you understand what each will grant you and select the one relevant to you*.

If you are unsure which HT subscription type to select, contact [email protected].

Your club subscription types have been set up by the club you selected. If you are unsure which club

subscription to select, contact your club’s administrator directly.

Note: If your club subscription fee is set to $0.00, this means the club has not chosen to use the IMG

portal system to collect its fee from you. For information on how your club will be collecting its fee

from you, contact the club administrator directly.

If you wish to join two clubs complete this process including payment and then return to the portal

and refer to our ‘Dual-Club Registration’ instructions.

DO NOT PURCHASE A DUEL – CLUB SUBSCRIPTION AT THIS TIME

Once you have selected the subscriptions that you want, click ‘Next’.

*Note that the ‘Non-Playing Member’ subscription will not allow you to appear on SportsDesq team

lists, therefore you will not be able to play hockey for your club in Tasmania.

Step 6) You will be taken to a ‘User Information’ screen. Some of the details may already have been

auto-filled for you. Continue to fill out the form with the details, and click agree to the Hockey

Australia Code of Behaviour. If your details have auto-filled incorrectly (for example your son or

daughter’s name appears instead) it means someone else in our database uses this email. If you wish

to keep using this email address but need to fill in the details for a different person than who

displays, click ‘Register Another Person To This Account’ and fill out the form. If you want to have

your own separate email associated with your account, click ‘Create New Account’ and fill out the

form.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure the details (especially email, mobile number, address and name) are

correct. These details form a critical part of HT’s correspondence with you, and will be used to

keep you informed about important information such as ground closures etc.

Once your details are correctly filled out, click ‘Next’.

Step 7) You will then be taken to the ‘Question’ part of the form. These questions are asked by

Hockey Australia, HT and your club. Please ensure your questions are accurate, especially the

mandatory questions (marked by *).

Step 8) The next screen displays a summary of the subscriptions you have purchased. Ensure these

are correct. If you are unsure, please contact [email protected]. You can remove a

subscription by clicking the red cross next to the subscription you wish to cancel. You can add a

subscription by clicking ‘Add Another Registration’. If the subscriptions are correct, click ‘Pay Now’ to

go to the payment screen.

Step 9) You will reach a payment screen. Payments can be made using Mastercard or Visa. Enter

your card details and click ‘Submit’. You should receive a receipt of your payment from IMG Sports

Technology group. You should also receive one from HT. Please contact

[email protected] if you do not receive either one of these.
