Company formed in late 1963, a company wastrying to do about centralize training programmed

  being discussed for the individual companies in

Hindustan associated which directly processed food

 product.

For many year companies is under prof.

 balasubramanims on behalf of his family managedagency. Companies is went into a very rapid

expansion , a responsibilities were increased as a

company has other plant at various places, prof is

more perceived the need to delegate a greater 

responsibility down the line to draw a day to day

operation and management decision which he wasmaking.

As company is expanded to a large scale, they

decided to make training program to be centralized,

and also to make decision decentralized and fit in

with some of the other internal relationship problemof the group of companies. As looking to the

company point of view a decision is to make a

decentralized, authority were given to various

department head. So there cannot arise a problem

 between the executive and decision to be given fair.

There is a problem in internal relationship as there iscentralized, so to avoid a decentralized org structure

is to be made. A company has various departments

like manufacturing, finance, marketing etc. each

department head is to be appointed and decision is to

 be given by them.

A new executive Mr. R. Iyer was hired for central

utilities and service unit of Hindustan equipment and

he was appointed as general manger and at a same

level as GM of the other processing companies.

A company is decided to make a decision to be

decentralized, but the problem and policies decisionis also to be change, but that company has not made.

There is problem in relationship so a decision

relating recruitment qualified men. So as per my

view a decision is to be made decentralize and

authority of personnel department is to be given, to

avoid problem in relationship.

The centralized training programmed.

A company went to a decentralized so a problem of 

traning arises. At present time the worker do not

understand the processes, worker have no clarity

about their particular work, whatever they are told

they have to do.

As per my point of view only training to be

centralized, where a training centre is to be made, all

employee is to be trained and a proper guide is to be

kept. Training is one of the important factors of aevery company, advantage of training and having

training people in the plants would be reducing the

supervision in the plant, some of the plant there were

more than the necessary level of supervision.
