MGNREGA To provide 100 days guaranteed wage employment to a household in

the rural areas. , Adult members of rural household willing to do unskilled manual

, .work may apply for registratioin to the local Gram Panchayat the gram panchayat issue the job card will bear the photograph of all

adult member of the household willing to work under NREGA and is .free of cost

15 .The job card should be issued within days of application 60:40 . A wage & Matrial Ratio has to be maintained No contractor &

.machinery is allowed The shelf of project and labour budget is prepared in the Gram

Sabha as per the requirement of the Gram Panchayat and approved .by Panchayat Samiti & Zila Parishad

Job card holders are provided employment. Payment of wages within 15 days is to be made and it should be

through bank . . & P O a/c. Social Audit is to be done in every Gram Sabha meeting . Village & Monitoring Committees have been constituted in each

Matri Shakti Bima Yojna Elegibility This schemes is only for those who are living

below poverty line (BPL) Age 10 to 85 years. The Schemes also provides compensation of Rs. 100000/- to married women in case of accidental death of her husband. Arising Due to:- Accidental death. Surgical operation like. Caesarian delivery Drowning/Washing away in floods/land slide/insect bite/Snake bite/earth quake & cyclone

After complete the claim formalities. Claim intimation to the Director of RDD H.P on Annexure-I

Janshri Bima Yojna Benefit:-1.On the Natural Death= 30,000/-2.On Permanent disable or Death= 75,000/-3.On Accident if temporary disability 37,500/- is paid.

I. This Scheme is meant for all the BPL families and MGNREGA workers who have work under MGNREGA minimum 14 days

II. The head of the family between 18-59 yearsIII. LIC will be notify the SHG with the suggestion of State

Govt./Nodal AgencyIV. Minimum membership 25V. Generally the head of the family will be the memberVI. Premium per member per year is Rs. 100/-

Documents for Claim:-I.The claimant of the deceased will produced the original death certificate along with claim format duly filledII.Nodal Agency will submit the claim paper to LIC P& GS unit

In case of Accident:-I.Claim paper will be submit along with the copy of Police inspection report to the P & GS of LIC

Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojna Benefits

1. This Scheme is for BPL families/MGNREGA workers2. There is no age limit in RSBY and any body will be enrolled if

they are in the BPL list.3. The BPL family (unit of five members , husband wife & three

dependent) irrespective of age is covered4. Renewal fee is Rs. 30/- per annum5. Cost of card will be born by the central Govt.6. Smart Card is essential to get Service7. OPD is not covered in RSBY8. There is provision transport . 100 ation allowances Rs per visit

. 1000.maximum Rs9. . 30000/- Total sum insured under basic packages is Rs per family

. per annum on family floater basis10.Scheme also provide additional coverage up to 1.75 lakh for

curing critical diseases.

Indira Awas Yojna/Atal Awas YojnaI. This scheme for BPL families whether they are SC/ST or NSC. Who have

not their own house.II. Selection is made in the Gram Sabha and merit is also determined in the

Gram Sabha by forming wait list.III. Assistance of Rs. 48500/- is provided under thi scheme.IV. Under the scheme there is a provision for land less people to provide 2

biswa land for construction of house. V. Houses are alloted on 60:40 for SC & general categories.

Guru Ravidas Civic Amenities Up-gradation scheme(GRDY)

The main feature of of Guru Ravidas Civic Amentias Up gradation scheme is to provide benefit to the SC Dominated Wards by constructing Pacca path, improvement of drain by making it pacca.

Community baths and toilets & Urinals ( Separate for men and women) are also constructed under this scheme.

This scheme also covers by providing solar lights,community grounds and pits for waste material,drinking water supply,Bawaries,wells & hand pumps etc. in the SC dominated wards.

Schemes upto Rs.5 Lacs can be spent in selected one ward.
