Mission:To provide affordable

social, recreation and travel programs for people with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury, with a focus on teaching healthy lifestyle skills.

Experience… We have 12 years of experience in the field leading trips around the world.

We have 10 years of experience in outdoor wilderness leadership and training.

We are bilingual and can cater to the Latino population.

We have certificates in: first aid and CPR, safe driving, administering medications, wilderness first responder, swift water rescue and adventure based counseling.

We offer bowling, biking, canoeing, hiking, ski and snowboarding clubs that meet on the weekends. The focus is on staying healthy, having fun,

and making new friends!

HILLS provides weekly social programs in the evenings where we participate in a variety of fun activities. We also welcome people who are looking to celebrate their birthday with us in a special and memorable way!

We offer a variety of 3 day trips, that are a bit closer to

home. They include either camping or a

hotel stay. These trips usually focus

on one healthy activity like

hiking, and one major attraction.

However, our most popular programs are our 5 days trips and

the top 2 favorite places are Disneyland and Las Vegas!

We also lead a variety of

international trips.

Our ecotourism destination of the

year is Costa Rica!
