Please join us as we celebrate CHA’s second annual Paent Family Advisory Council (PFAC) Conference. This year’s conference is focused on learning from PFACS in non-hospital sengs, and co-sponsored with Qualidigm, the Conneccut Partnership for Paent Safety, and the Conneccut Center for Paent Safety. Morning sessions will include informaon on statewide and regional models and strategies for implementaon, from colleagues in North Carolina and from Qualidigm, and pracces shared by the Conneccut State Ombudsperson for skilled nursing facilies and by residenal councils in long-term care sengs. The aſternoon will consist of a workshop conducted by paent safety advocate Randi Oster and her team, and will highlight innovave pracces that support a paent-directed care strategy and methods for ensuring that paent-centricity resonates with all caregivers and providers. The program is being presented as part of the Partnership for Paents HIIN educaonal series.
