LOCATION: Located on State Highway 16 five miles south of Loop 1604; or 8 miles south of the new Toyota

assembly plant; or about 9 miles north of Poteet; or 18 miles south of San Antonio; or 110 miles southwest

the date of closing and funding.

PRICE (if sold intact): $806,850* ($4,950 per acre).
