BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARYBorn and raised in upstate New York, John continues to reside in the Capital Region. Being married for 27 years with two children, he is a devoted husband and father, who believes dedication and hard work are the fundamentals to life and success. After graduating from college John progressed and guided his career through bold leadership and challenging opportunities. He realized early on that to be successful he needed to build a team of individuals that were as dedicated and hardworking as he was. His beliefs in relationship building through trust, communication, commitment and mutual respect are the principles that his team members believe in and strive to achieve.
BIOGRAPHICAL HIGHLIGHTS■Born in 1963■Attended Mohonasen Schools in Rotterdam New York and graduated in 1981.■Attended Herkimer County Community College where he studied Construction Technologies and Architecture. Graduated in 1983 with an Associate of Applied Science Degree.■Attended Utica College of Syracuse University where he studied Construction Management, Architecture and Engineering. Graduated in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science Degree.■After graduating from College, he was hired by a large development/construction firm, Gaylord Construction. Gaylord developed
and constructed hotels, apartments and office complexes. This was his first experience were he represented both the developer and builder.■After a short period with Gaylord, he was recruited and hired by Plank Construction as a construction estimator. Plank was a smaller general construction firm but offer the opportunity for growth and ownership. They primarily obtained their work through competitive bid and constructed fast-food, retail and education facilities. ■In 1993 he became a junior partner and Vice President in the firm with responsibilities of managing the day to day operations and assumed the senior role with the project manager and project superintendant group.■In 1997 he became the senior partner and President in the firm with responsibilities of running and managing all aspects of the company.■In 2002 he became sole owner and CEO of Plank Construction Services and has managed and operated the company successfully ever since.
CORPORATE AFFILIATIONS■In 1999 he started Highbridge Development, a commercial development firm that operates mostly in Upstate New York. He is the managing member and oversees all aspects of the firm. Highbridge development has successfully developed since its inception, retail centers, office complexes, senior living complexes and distribution centers were 60% of them are retained and managed.
■In 2002 he started Highbridge Management LLC, a commercial property management firm that operates mostly in upstate New York. He is the managing member and oversees all aspects of the firm. The management company was established to manage properties owned and operated by Highbridge Development and their affiliations.

BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARYBorn and raised in upstate New York, Carlo remained in the area during and after completing his BBA Degree in Accounting at Siena College. He is married with three children, and devotes his life to the happiness of his family and the success of his work. After spending 14 years in public accounting, Carlo made the switch into private business accounting where he has remained and flourished by developing and maintaining strong business relationships with local banking and insurance industries.

These engagements included the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, tax projections and management letters as required. Advise and assist client’s professional staff in complex and everyday operations.■In 1991 became Accounting Manager with responsibilities of managing the overall supervision of audit engagements, concentrating in the areas of construction, real estate development, including planning of engagements, final review of work papers, financial statements and tax returns. Provided management services and consultation to clients to develop ongoing strategies on all financial and tax matter.
■In 1998 became CFO of Plank LLC and was responsible for managing all financial aspects for the company. He was placed in charge of managing the receivable and payable accounts, banking relationships and insurance relationships.

Northeast Regional Headquarters Time Warner Cable
Time Warner Cable came to HighBridge Development, with a need for a new
corporate facility, asking that it be constructed as a Design-Build turnkey project. HighBridge Development in turn a general contractor to lead the Design-Build team in their construction efforts.
With the general contractor taking the lead role in the project they worked with many professionals who designed a unique facility that included a hi-tech production studio, call and payment centers, corporate offices and a state of the art corporate conference center.
This project is an 80,000SF building, constructed of cast-in place concrete, structural steel, and various types of exterior masonry units. The interior is designed with high-end finishes and a strong emphasis on sound reduction and control.
The project took three months to design and was constructed in approximately twelve months, with a complete project cost of $10.4 million.

75 Bed Assisted Living Facility | Ingersoll Resident Homes
In 2008 Ingersoll Adult Home hired Highbridge Development to demolish and reconstruct
their Assisted Living facility. The bathrooms along with the entrance to the building were constructed to be handicap accessible.
The new facility is 68,000SF which includes:unisex hair salon, private dining room, library, sunrooms, sitting areas with fireplaces, luxurious spa rooms, front porch, courtyard, and gardens.
The project was completed in 2008 and cost approximately $8 million to construct.

Nuclear Components Testing Facility | Argo Turbo Service
Argo Turbo Service Corporation need to expand their existing operation
in Schenectady, NY so they worked with Highbridge Development to aid in securing a site, design of the new building, and also construction of a new facility. The new facility is a 22,000SF Pre-Engineered building with a hi-tech look. The facility includes modern
open space offices, a state of the art conference center and unique testing and certification labs. The facility required hi tech security and fire suppression systems which included a shipping dock that meet these same standards.
The project was completed in 4 months and costing $2,400,000.00.
