Installation Instructions: For complete installation instructions, refer to product TDS or visit www.atcepoxy.com.1) Drill hole to specified diameter and depth. 2) Remove standing water if possible. Blow out hole for 2 seconds/cycles using oil free compressed air. 3) Brush for 2 cycles (ensure wire brush contacts walls of drilled hole - replace if worn). 4) Blow out hole for 2 seconds/cycles using oil free compressed air. 5) Remove cap, insert cartridge into dispensing tool, balance until both components come out evenly and screw on the proper, non-modified ATC mixing nozzle - DO NOT USE EXPIRED PRODUCT! 6) Dispense and waste enough material to ensure uniform gray color before injecting into hole - NEVER RE-USE NOZZLES & DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FORCE ADHESIVE

OUT OF A HARDENED MIXING NOZZLE - For a new cartridge (or if working time has been exceeded), ensure that cartridge opening is clean, install new nozzle and repeat steps 5 & 6. 7) Fill hole 2/3 full with adhesive starting at bottom and withdraw as hole fills, using an extension tube as needed. Use piston plugs for overhead, vertically inclined and submerged installations. 8) Fully insert clean threaded rod or rebar with slow turning motion to bottom of hole - mind working time & ensure excess adhesive is visible around anchor after installation. For overhead installations use wedges to support the anchor. 9) Do not disturb, torque or apply load until full cure time has passed. Proper hole cleaning, cartridge preparation and installation is critical in order to achieve published anchor performance.
