4-Day Reserved Hairpin Grandstand TicketEnjoy the race action as the drivers negotiate the hairpin and turn off into the main straight. The reserved seating is exclusively yours for the full 4 days of racing action. The hairpin grandstand features wider and more spacious grandstand seats, wider walkways, plus each seat includes armrests and cup holders.

4-Day V8 Supercars Paddock PassIf you manage to find a spare minute with all the action on and off the track, make sure you use your V8 Supercars Paddock Pass to explore the pits. Get right amongst the pit crew as they work on their cars – you may even grab a selfie with your favourite driver.

Exclusive Access to Club Clipsal HQClub Clipsal HQ is over 800m2 of space dedicated to you. Enjoy subsidised food and beverages, watch the race on the large screens and chill out in air-conditioned comfort. We even have toilets for Club Clipsal members only.

Official Friday Night Clipsal Welcome PartyAlways a massive night and a legendary party – Club Clipsal HQ is the place to be on Friday night! The Clipsal team will officially welcome everyone, while you enjoy some drinks and food on us! There’ll be entertainment throughout the night to keep the party going.

Shuttles to the TrackJump on our coaches for a free ride to the track. Departing at selected times, you’ll be transferred directly outside Gate 1, right in the heart of the action.


Saturday Brunch with Celebrity Guest SpeakerSam Kekovich, Tom Gleeson and Max Walker are just a few names who have previously entertained Club members at this event. A light snack and beer is also provided to kick-start your day.

Saturday Night VIP PartyIn 2017, we’re excited to offer a new location for our Saturday night function. As always, you can expect the same Club Clipsal hospitality with a premium food and beverage package on offer as well as entertainment. Flat Out Entertainment

Action packed on and off trackNot only is the on track race schedule always full of action, there’s plenty of attractions off track to keep you busy. From the air displays, to driver signing sessions and stunts galore in the TrAction Zone, you’ll be lucky to squeeze it all in over the four days.

Rock-On After Race Day! After an adrenalin-fulled day at the track, the action “rocks-out” into the evening with after race concerts right near the track, in Adelaide’s stunning park lands. Aussie rock legends, Hunters & Collectors will reform for a one-off Australian performance on the Saturday night of the 2017 Clipsal 500 Adelaide. Joining Hunters & Collectors will be special guests The Baby Animals who last year celebrated the 25th anniversary of their debut single “Early Warning”.

Entertainment


PricingAll costs are per-person (based on twin share) and subject to price increases based on availability. This is also the case with airfares. Unless you are booking one of the group airfares on allocation, your consultant will sell you the best fare available on the day.

PaymentA $500 deposit per-person is required when booking and if flights are required, passengers will need to pay for their airfares at the same time (unless they are from the group allocations). Final balance is due by Wednesday 14th of December 2016. However, for any last minute bookings made after this date, full payment will be required at confirmation. A 1.5% surcharge for credit card fee applies. Direct deposit payments can be made to the Australian Holiday Centre’s ANZ bank account. Please contact the Australian Holiday Centre for details.

TicketsAll documents will be sent to members by Wednesday 15th of February 2017, by courier. Should you have not received your documents by Friday 17th of February 2017, please contact the Clipsal 500 Adelaide Help Desk on 1300 942 208.

AirfaresOnce paid and ticketed, all airfares are subject to airline cancellation conditions and are non-refundable. In certain cases, changes may be made subject to availability and amendment fees.

AmendmentsAll amendments will incur a $50 charge. No changes to bookings will be allowed within 60 days of the event.

Cancellation FeesIn the event that a reservation is cancelled, cancellation fees will apply. Package cancellations are as follows:

• cancellation after the deposit is received will result in the loss of deposit

• cancellation within 60 days of travel will incur a fee that is equivalent to 100% of the total cost.

Guest SurchargeClub Clipsal members are entitled to bring one guest at member rates. Any tour group organised with more than two people under the booking of an individual Club member will result in the third person (and any subsequent person) being charged an additional $200 each for the privilege of being part of the Club Clipsal offer. Club Clipsal members will be required to quote their AUS Membership Number at the time of booking.

Using GPointsShould you wish to use GPoints toward your race package, please advise the travel consultant upon booking. Multiple credits can be used however should it exceed the cost of the package, the difference will not be refunded. Should the credits not cover the cost, the difference will be required to be paid for via the usual methods. GPoints can be used up until the 30th of November 2016.

Alcohol ServiceProof of age may be required when purchasing and/or consuming alcohol at Club Clipsal HQ and all Clipsal-hosted functions.
