High water isn’t new in Bluffton.
But each time it occurs the photos remind us of how quick the quiet little stream that flows through Bluff-ton can turn against us.
The photos in this collection show water levels between noon and 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2015. At this time only East College Avenue was closed to traffic.
