•  The training environment!•  Does the delegate feel relaxed and able to concentrate/contribute?!

•  The method of training/education!•  What is the most effective method that the individual will respond to

and is it appropriate to the subject matter, e.g. e-learning, experiential learning, classroom learning…?!
