Almansa meeting

Hi everybody. We come from Almansa, a small town in the south-east of Spain. Almansa is located in Castilla La Mancha. Maybe you know Castilla La Mancha for the famous book “Don Quixote de La

Mancha”. Almansa has got about 26 000 habitants

We study in the conservatory “Jerónmo

Messeguer” in Almansa. It’s a small center and

this year the students are about 300

The teachings are in total 10 years. 4 years of

elementary level and 6 of professional level

The first day we went to the conservatory in the morning and there, we ate some biscuits. Later we went to the castle and the town

hall. after that, we went to the Primary School principe de Asturias and then, the teachers of the school showed us the school and we

watched an exhibition of spin. At 2 p.m we ate “paella” another typical Spanish food

when we finished the lunch, we went to the youth center with paulino Ruano (a famous painter) he

draw and painted some pictures with water colours. Also he taught us how to paint with the water colours

Then, we went to the wine factory. there we saw the manufacture of the wine. when we

finished we went to a shoes factory because in Almansa there are a lot of shoes factories

Finally we came back to the conservatory and watched some videos of the others journeys and after that, we

saw typical dancing

The second day we went to Valencia by bus and we visited the oceanographic. There, we saw a lot of sea animals. After that,

while we were having lunch we went to the Principe Felipe Museum and after a break, we went to watch a documentary

about the Nile river at the hemispheric

we returned to Almansa and some people went to have dinner to a restaurant

The last day we went to cofrentes where we did a short river cruise. after that we went to the multiadventure park to playing paintball

and other activities

After have lunch we returned to Almansa .We went to the theatre and we spent there the evening while we were practising the last performance

At 9 p.m we did the performance where everybody takes parts of the show and when the show ends,

we went to the party. When the party finished, everybody said good bye and we returned at home.

The last morning, we went to the train station to said good bye to all the partners
