KEY TERMINOLOGY Management – The skillful use and allocation
of materials, time and human resources
Subordinate – Under the authority or control of another person or process
Leader – One who is in command of others and sets the vision for organizational goals
Manager- One who controls resources and expenses to achieve the organizational goals

KEY TERMINOLOGY (CONT.) Critical Path – A series of tasks that
cannot be moved or missed for failure of the project; Point of no return
Benchmarks – Checkpoints set throughout a project or task that help to measure timeliness and accountability for completion
Stakeholders – Individuals or groups with a vested interest in the outcome of a newly implemented project or process
