HERITAGE HILLS - SPRING 2012 2

Hi Neighbors

The Holiday Dinner Dance was a great success. I think everyone had a great time. I know I did. It was nice to visit with old friends we don’t see often now with the colder weather.

Our 2011 Annual/Budget Meeting was held at the Lone Tree Golf Course Hotel on November 28th. Two positions on the HOA board were open and Steve Tempelman was reelected for a three-year term. Ken Krausfeldt was also elected to fill the three-year term replacing Andy Swett. The Board thanked Andy for his many years of unselfish volunteer efforts of Board service in helping to make Heritage Hills the great community we all enjoy.

Residents should be sure that they do not park cars on the streets when snowplows need total access to do their job cleaning the streets. Large storms like this latest one create snow removal challenges and we all need to be patient as the crews try to accomplish their work. The Heritage Hills Metropolitan District will soon distribute to all residents an entire review of the Snow Removal Policies and Rules that we can expect to be in force when Western Proscapes plows the snow in our community.

I imagine everyone noticed the damage to the fence across from the Playground and Clubhouse Parking Lot. If anyone has information to assist the Police in identifying the vandals responsible they should call the Lone Tree Police at 303-339-8150, Case #11-3017.

We have been advised that MSI is replacing Shannon Torgerson as our HOA Manager with Jim Whatton. Jim has been active along with Shannon for some time and the transition is not expected to be a problem. Jim’s contact is 770-974-4221 and [email protected].

I hope everyone has a healthy, happy and prosperous New Year and remember the first day of spring is only about 7 weeks away.

Take care.

Bill RobertsonPresident, Heritage Hills Homeowners Association Board of Directors
