Versatile and individual -like you and your home

Whether it's working together at a distance, throwing daily routines out

the window or restructuring the daily routine of a job - nothing is the

same any more anywhere in the world. Especially for working from home,

creative solutions are needed that can be implemented quickly and easily.

After all, anyone who suddenly starts working at the living room table at

home is faced with completely new challenges. In addition to technical

requirements and good lighting, the question of seating is essential in order

to be able to continue to work productively, efficiently and at full power.

Staying awake and focused at the desk

The idea of spending the working day on the dining room chair with a

rigid backrest does not sound very appealing. The lack of activity as well

as - depending on the personal situation - the silence in the home office

also lead to a loss of concentration at some point.

Quandary? Not at all!

»Dynamic sitting« is the key. This is exactly where

the activating seating solutions from HÅG by Flokk

offer ideal support. They feature HÅG in Balance®

technology, which is based on a rocking mechanism

with a central tilt point. Thanks to this, the body

remains in balance while the user is intuitively

encouraged to constantly change sitting positions.

The foot-controlled movement ensures improved

blood circulation and oxygen supply. You stay fit,

awake and concentrated for a long time.

Advices for healthy working when working from home

Yesterday you were still driving to the office as you do every morning, but

then from one day to the next the corona virus changes how and from

where many employees work: Suddenly working from home.

The change from the office to the work place at home is a new challenge.

We've put together some advice how you can bring structure into your

home office routine so that you can quickly return to your usual routine

and continue to work healthily and in harmony with our home environ-

ment and in harmony with our environment.

Do: Structure your day and stay in touch

with colleagues.

Anyone who has worked in an office for

years is used to the structures and pro-

cesses. When the daily rhythm changes, it

is important to bring a new structure into

the day. Appointments for your telephone

calls and video conferences help. The ex-

change in the team is not only important

for the flow of information, but also for the

team feeling and helps to keep an eye on

all projects and tasks.

Do: Go outside for fresh air.

As far as possible, it is important to go

outside. Also, get up every half hour to

stretch your legs. Open the windows

at regular intervals to ensure optimal

ventilation and sufficient oxygen levels in

the rooms. In addition, it is helpful to eat

consciously and avoid stress - whether

when preparing meals or eating them.

Don't: Staying in place all day in your

pyjamas.

At first, being able to work in your pyjamas

may seem like a nice idea. But for many

people, the morning ritual of showering and

getting dressed is the mental button that

becomes the starting gun for the beginning

of the working day. It makes you feel fit

and ready to go to work. To get into your

work flow, it is best to follow your normal

morning ritual.

Do's and

Don'ts when

working from

home

Don't: Work on the couch or kitchen chair.

Prevent incorrect posture and physical

complaints by using an ergonomic office

chair instead of a sofa or kitchen chair.

Especially if you work from home frequently

and for long periods of time, this is a must!

Plan breaks and keep them! Otherwise

you run the risk of huddling in front of the

screen for four hours at a stretch. That is not

good for productivity and health.

Page 4: HÅG Futu® Collection

Do: Create your own space for your home

office.

Preferably use a separate workplace so

that you can keep your work and private

life separate. Working in your own space

can blur the line between work and private

life. Therefore, it is important to have a

corner or area to yourself where you can

find the peace and quiet you need to

focus on your work.

Do: Avoid spending your break in front of

the computer.

Give yourself, your head and your body a

conscious balance to what you have to do

during the day! Take a walk during your break,

eat your lunch on the balcony or terrace and

do loosening exercises in between. This is

helpful for concentration. Regular exercise

before or after work is also good for body

and mind.

Don't: Change of workplace within the

home.

Work from the living room one day, open

the laptop in bed the next morning and

work on the balcony or in the garden

the day after that: Experts advise against

frequently changing workplaces within the

home. A fixed place for work makes it

easier to separate private life from work.

Don't: Be mindful not to set the benchmark

too high and consciously relax.

We often set the benchmark too high be-

cause the pressure to perform is enormous.

It is therefore all the more important that

you do not set your expectations too high.

It is also important that you consciously give

yourself space to do nothing now and then

and just listen to your favourite music or do a

few relaxation exercises.

With its Scandinavian clean and minimalist design and small dimensions,

the HÅG Futu fits seamlessly into any work environment. However, its

inviting and comfortable look should not hide the fact that its interior is

full of innovative technology. At the heart of the HÅG Futu is the proven

HÅG in Balance® mechanism, which keeps your body in balance at all
