  • Outlook for April

    In summary, real estate activity throughout Hermosa Beach picked up during the month of March compared to February with a 122.22% increase in sales, 5.56% rise in active listings, 44.62% decrease in median days to sell, and a 110.4% jump in the sales/listing ratio. This performance behavior is consistent with a report from C.A.R., which cited similar trending activity throughout California over the same period of time.
