President Elect
• 2 year term (1 yr in elect position)• Presides over PTO meetings and Executive
Board.• Sets Agenda.• Serves as primary contact for the Principal.• Serves as ex officio member of all committees.• Serves as committee chair for two committees. • Coordinate the work of all the Officers and
committees so the purpose of the organization is served.
President
• 1 year in elect position; one year as president.
• Shall assist the President in his/her duties.• Serve as committee chair for two
committees.• President elect must have served in an
officer position prior to being nominated.
President Elect
• Assist the President(s); assume Presidential role in their absence.
• Assumes role as time keeper during meetings; Maintain Robert’s Rules of Order.
• Ideally as served previously as President, or officer
• One year term; maximum of two years
Executive Vice President
• Shall oversee and nominate a chair person for all Executive Board authorized on going events.
• In absence of a committee chair; will assume committee chair position to complete the event.
• One year term; maximum of two years.
Vice President of On-Going Events
• Shall oversee and nominate a chair person for all Executive Board authorized one time events.
• In absence of a committee chair; will assume committee chair position to complete the event.
• One year term; maximum of two years.
Vice President of One Time Events
• Shall communicate organization business with the general membership of Heritage through website, FB, newsletter, flyers, etc.
• Communicates upcoming events• Works with Board/Committees to promote activities/events.
• OPEN POSITION FOR 2013-3014 YEAR.
• 1 year term; maximum of two years.
Vice President of Communication
• Shall create and maintain yearly volunteer database.
• Shall compile a list of willing volunteers for Executive Board authorized events when requested by Officers or authorized committee chairs.
• 1 yr term; 2 year maximum.
Vice President of Volunteers
• Shall keep all records of the organization and members.
• Take and record minutes. Send copy to Executive Board within a week.
• Handle correspondence.• OPEN POSITION for 2013-2014 term.• 1 year term; maximum of 2 years.
