data entryUNIFORM-Agri aims to relieve you, as a farmer, from your administrative burden. With UNIFORM, you only have to enter data once and

it is processed automatically in all overviews and, when applicable, is sent to all process computers. All data is entered in one screen,

Daily Events! That’s right, it doesn’t matter if you are entering data for reproduction, health, group changes, sales, etc.; it all goes in

through Daily Events. The data is then processed and displayed in the reports and Animal Record of the cows.

BIG FARM MODulEThe standard UNIFORM program is suited for farms with less than 250 dairy cows (young stock is not included). Larger farms need

to have a Big Farm Module. This module allows the program to retain its speed and adds a couple extra modules and reports in the

program which are designed specifically for larger farms. Examples are a special fertility overview per calving group, agenda and a

group overview of the fertility status and production.

MulTIPlE FARM SOluTION A completely new feature in version 5.0 is the Multiple Farm Solution. This is a great solution for investors and herd managers with

multiple farms & databases. The MFS makes it easy to monitor different farms without having to look in all databases separately.

It gives the user an overview of the KPI’s of the separate databases in one screen. The databases are synchronized with the farms

every night via internet. When internet isn’t available the databases can be imported manually.

ON FARM lINKSOne of the key benefits of the UNIFORM-Agri herd management software is the range of brand specific automated links

with process computers. We can link with almost all modern milk meters, concentrate stations, activity meters and milking

robots. It is also possible to link to multiple brands of process computers all from UNIFORM.

lINKING TO yOuR PROCESS COMPuTER HAS MANy ADvANTAGES:✔ You only have to enter your animal data once into the UNIFORM program and it will be sent automatically into

the process computer. This means you can cut out duplication which saves time and results in fewer mistakes

and validated reliable data.

✔ Another advantage is that you can find all data of the cows in one system. This allows the data from multiple

systems to be viewed all together in UNIFORM. An example is when a cow has a milk yield deviation, a high level

of unconsumed feed in concentrate, an activity alarm and is also 21 days after the last insemination/heat this

means that you know 99% for sure that she’s in heat. You can see all this data in one line, on one report.

✔ With the UNIFORM-Agri program you can do feed calculations and send this automatically to the process

computer. The options for feed calculation within the UNIFORM program are extensive which provides more

flexibility than just the possibilities of the process computer software. This allows you to feed efficiently which

ultimately results in a better margin.

✔ Because the milk yields can be found in the management program, based on the 7 day average, a powerful SPP

analysis can be done. With this you can analyze and monitor production and react to changes much faster.

INTERFACES TO AND ON yOuR FARM

MOBIlE SOFTWAREAs a farmer you spend most of your time outside the farm office so it is important that you also have access to the cow information

when you are not at the computer. There are different ways in which this is possible. You can use a mobile device like a Smartphone

but it is also possible to create a network on your farm so you can have a PC in the barn and in your house on which you can work

with the program. It is also possible to have the UNIFORM-software on your parlor monitor.

Cow data is always safe with DataSafe! DataSafe is a free functionality that comes with the purchase of UNIFORM where a backup

of your cow data can be sent automatically to a server hosted by UNIFORM-Agri. This is a great insurance plan for your data in case

of hardware issues with the PC, then the Helpdesk can help you restore your latest backup from DataSafe.

All support and updates for the software are included with the very affordable annual subscriptions. Costs for subscriptions take

into account herd size to make the price for these services very reasonable and is an incredible value for the money. Continued

support is available for those with a subscription.
