BRIDGING AND SHORT TERMShort term finance can be used for a wide variety of property transactions.

Sometimes to raise funds very quickly, other times to allow refurbishment or perhaps where a change of use is required before the property is suitable for mainstream mortgage funding.

We plan it all for you, from initial funding to re-financeWhen securing this type of funding, one of the most significant factors in assessing whether to lend will be the robustness of the exit. In other words, what is the viability of the project and the likely success of the short-term lender being repaid? This may be refinancing or perhaps the sale of the property. Any conscientious finance broker will ensure you have a robust and substantiated exit before recommending you enter a bridging or short-term loan.
