batteries in hover boards caught fire and destroyed bedrooms and even entire homes. But what causes it?

The fires have started in all sorts of different circumstances. Some of the hover boards caught fire while charging, and others while riding. The picture to the right used to be a house but while the

family was gone the hover board caught fire. There's no reason why the hover board batteries are exploding. We know that many

students at RMMS have hover boards so stay safe and keep your hover board form catching fire, by unpluging it as soon as it is done

charging. Lets not make it 13 accidents.

across the ice with the wind blowing whatever hair you have back? The Midway Ice Skating Rink is a great place to have a great, and quite frankly hilarious, t ime with all your besties and family.

Maddie Giles has countless falls, all of which she and her friends laugh at. ?Falling down and looking like a fool and everyone looking at me, then I get laughed at." is her favorite part. ?The rentals suck!! I l ike the plastic ones. They have a sharper blade and it makes it better when it?s sharper. If they would buy quality skates, they would get a lot more business.?

?It was the second to last t ime I went and my blades weren't sharp and so like f ive seconds after I fell.? Skating on the ice can be dangerous but quite hilarious! Have you ever bif fed it hard? Were you hurt?

According to forbes.com only 8% of people actually achieve their new Years resolutions. Well we think that they are just a waste of t ime and you are just wishing. You don?t need a resolution, you need new habits. These days nobody is will ing to commit and frankly, there just isn?t enough time.

New Years resolutions are usually something improbable that you are highly unlikely to achieve whether you have 1 year, or 3. There is a saying , ?A new year a new you.? Now that?s definitely not true it is basically you, but struggling to get through the New Year. We hope this was helpful to make sure you skip the resolutions and focus on good habits!

Since they bought out canyons, Park City the biggest and best ski resort in the US has been more popular than ever.

Many kids at our school have had cool and funny experiences skiing at Park City. ?I l ike the Park City Ski Resort is because it is the biggest in the USA. When I was10 years old my dad took me up to Jupiter Peak, that was really scary because it is the hardest one in Park City,? said Kooper Smith.

With 41 lif ts and about 300? of snow a year, RMMS students should f ind a time to get to the mountain!

MARTIN LUTHER KING JUNIORGUESS WHAT? January 18, 2016 is Martin Luther Junior King day!

Martin Luther King Jr. was a Baptist minister at the same time he was a social activist who led the Civil Rights Movement in the U.S in the middle of the 1950s until his assassination that caused his death in 1968.

He played a key role in the American civil rights movement from the mid-1950s until his assassination. The reason for Martin Luther King Jr. day his actions led to the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and he helped also with the voting rights act of 1965.

Who St ar t ed I t A l l?Brent Christensen began building small ice structures in 2008. At the

Zermatt Resort in 2009. Brent Christensen built his f irst large ice castle. Since then Brent Christensen has built ice castles in Colorado and Minnesota, his Ice castles have all become great tourist attraction; attracting over 300,000 visitors each year.

Christensen creates dif ferent patterns and designs for each location. Christensen pattern for Midway is designed after well-known geological features across the state; arches, slot canyons and tunnels are what he has created the Midway ice sculptures to look like. Mill ions of icicles sparkle a glacial blue by day and glow multi-colored at night. It?s an amazing continuously evolving experience.

And we are all so lucky to live so close to a world-famous attraction!
