“My (at the time) new boss wanted a full-on launch campaign -- complete with teaser posters around campus, cryptic tweets, etc.
The redesign was well-received but the launch campaign went over like a lead balloon.”
Other ideas:-Web committee too big-Too many template options-Short timeline-Vendor design didn’t work w/ content-Decentralized editing control-Trying to make everyone happy
