Height Issues and Height Increase Once upon a time, not very long ago, America used to be the country with the tallest people, towering over other populations with the average height being 6.2 inches for men. Nowadays, the average height of an American is reduced to 5.8 while the average German is at 6.0 inches , giving an end to the American predominance in height. Same differences appeared in many other populations , with the Asians and South Americans seeing some serious decrease in average height during the last two decades, especially noticed after the sudden height-boom that occurred during the 60s and 70s. The height of people is determined by a combination of genes and environment, with the percentages being 40%and 70% correspondingly, but it is a common belief that that all people, wherever they live - with the exception of pygmies - have the same potentials in height growth. This practically means that environment is left to decide what the differences among people will really be, from the moment a new baby is conceived until its adolescence. Or at least this is what we knew so far. What prevents people to reach a bigger height is considered a deficiency, ranging from malnutrition to diseases or other factors that reduce the production of the human growth hormone in the body, ending in low heights and usually problems in bone development and, thus, posture. Environmental factors can affect the average height by 2 to 5 inches, ending up in serious abnormalities and preventing people from getting taller. Height Issues and Height Increase

Once upon a time, not very long ago, America used to be the country with the tallest people, towering over other populations with the average height being 6.2 inches for men.

Scientists say that the earliest stages and years in life are the basic denominator for the human growth and indicate seriously how tall a person will be, with a 70% correlation between the height in early childhood and the final height as an adult. The question that normally comes in our mind is 'and what happens after? We cannot grow taller anymore?' People will tell you that if you didn't manage to reach a normal height, or if your height is not the desired one until puberty there is no chance for you anymore. Well, this is not true. You can still gain height and get taller even as an adult.

Many years of scientific research and continuous experiments prove that almost everyone can gain height permanently, regardless of age . This is what some height increase systems do, in an absolutely safe way; help you increase your height and get taller within a short period of time, in a natural way , by stimulating and enforcing your own growth abilities, without any weird side effects. The great advantage is that they are designed in such a way to help people grow taller, however their benefits do not stop there : good posture, smoother breathing, less

tiredness a strong immune system are a few additional good effects that come with the stimulation of your own growth hormone.
