Because the program was so relevant, challenging and inspiring, I decided to attend the HEC Executive MBA which

allowed me to capitalize on the Certificate as a Major. The experience was so great that I have done a second EMBA Major called Differen-tiation through Service. NEW APPROACH

You complete the program via an inno vative learning process that combines both theory and practice.

Testimonials from senior company executives and other prominent economic and social players enable you to bridge the gap between theory and practice.

Case studies, workshops and role-play give you an opportunity to simulate real-life situations and to develop your analytical and decision-making skills.

Team work is a core aspect of the teaching methodology. It enables peers to share experience, learn how to prioritize, decide and deliver their group assignments collectively. Each team acts as an executive committee and is therefore composed of participants with different profiles and backgrounds.

Either individually or in self-selected groups, you will carry out a final professional project on a topic of your choice (Capstone project). This allows you to immediately apply everything you have learned in the classroom. The Capstone is defended in front of a jury with a question and answer session in order to simulate a boardroom setting.

Offered to all participants, the iPad has added a new level of interactivity and diversity to the learning experience. It has become an essential tool for accessing academic content, carrying out collaborative work and networking.

Distance learning facilities, and access to a wealth of online resources enable you to explore or complete certain aspects of the program in greater depth. They can be accessed through the dedicated online intranet and the HEC Paris library [Jouy-en-Josas Campus] or the Media Center [Porte de Champerret - Paris].
