A Buddha

Part 4/5

Awakening

is natural.

Delusion

is not.

I am the owner of my karma.

I inherit my karma.

I am born of my karma.

I live supported by my karma.

Whatever karma I created,

that I shall inherit;

And I alone.

whether good or evil,

If a man’s mind

his surroundings will also

becomes pure,

become pure.

Happiness and tranquility

arise from concentration.

Frustration and worries

arise from desire.

It is our own thoughts

that lead us into trouble.

Not other people’s.

Speaking pleasant words

a fine flower

without practising them ,

is like

without fragrance.

Our problems are not solved

Our problems are solved

by lovingkindness,

by joy.

by gentleness,

by physical force,

by hatred,

by war.

Rely on the

teacher's message,

Rely on the

real meaning,

Rely on the

meaning,

Rely on your

wisdom mind,

not his personality.

not just the words.

not the provisional one.

not your ordinary,

judgmental mind.

If you know anything

that is hurtful and untrue,

If you know anything

that is true but hurtful,

If you know anything

that is helpful but untrue,

If you know anything

that is true and helpful,

don’t say it.

don’t say it.

don’t say it.

find the right time.

Hear what is said,

Attach to

retain what is important,

speak what is worthy.

nothing.

Peace is not the absence of war.

a state of mind,

honesty and trustworthiness.

It is

a virtue,

a disposition for love,
