BACKGROUND OVERVIEW
Graduated from Sciences Po & ESSEC, have been in Asia
since 1994.
I was heading ELLE Taiwan in the 90s,
Then created my first media company, ADKOM (Publisher of
ASIASPA / AP BOATING / ACTION ASIA / LP / JET AP / CHINA
BOATING, etc.), which was subsequently acquired in 2008 by
media giant SPH.
I spent 3 years with SPH, and then was semi-retired for a year.
By 2012 I was looking for an acquisition opportunity and then
came HEART MEDIA:
. Ageing Founder, all Print focused
. Small Portfolio but interesting Brands in place
. The Due Diligence lasted 5 months
. The acquisition was done in April 2013
A new adventure was to begin and …… there was room for
GROWTH !
