Track Record – Go-Live/Activation Support
Capabilities - Talent
Existing since 1981 gives KBIC a distinct advantage of a lengthy history of candidates, with a robust database (built for the recruiting industry) behind us to enable us to accurately track these candidates over years, not just days, and build relationships which lead to additional referrals and brand recognition. This, in turn, leads to a much larger pool of people to draw from which greatly exceeds the static “Internet Job Posting” that captures a snap-shot in time of looking candidates.

Capabilities - Process
Experience builds knowledge. Our people have been around the block. That includes Dan Wilburn, the leader of the national MEDITECH practice with over 12 years experience just in that niche. Larry Strayhorn, MBA with a 20 year background in Healthcare Informatics including large Hospital System Implementations like one of Cerner’s original Beta Sites. Tait Lifto, national leader who was chief support for McKesson for a multi-state hospital system account while at a top-10 Healthcare Consulting company.
Experience in the actual market brings knowledge that provides unmatched capabilities and superior results.

Capabilities – Process (cont’d)
We funnel candidates through our process to move large volume into checkpoints that require our expert interaction first so our full capabilities are focused on the most likely candidates to screen, then drive our proprietary process to track all pieces of information required for your contract with automated steps to communicate effectively with our consultants so they are on the same page with you the day they arrive. (Example documents on the next page)

Capabilities - Management
Our team manages the consultants to whatever degree determined for each engagement from a more hands-off approach to fully engaged on every aspect of the project. We can hand off candidates at a bare-minimum up to fully documenting and tracking all items necessary from a form/agreement standpoint to skill assessments to background checks to scheduling resources on the engagement.
Track Record – Go-Live/Activation Support
Capabilities - Results
We deliver results that exceed expectations. As an example: when engaged on one recent go-live, we were asked to provide 20 resources and that 3 other groups would provide the rest of the 85 total resources. Our team submitted 83 qualified candidates in the first week, and we filled 40 slots on the project in 2 weeks and had the largest single-source group on the entire project.
