ALOE VERA – GOOD HEALTH NATURALLY!

Benefits of Aloe Vera Gel:

Natural cleanser/detoxer, penetrates tissue, soothes pain, antibacterial, can help with effects of fungal conditions, moisturises tissue, anti-inflammatory, soothes itching, highly nutritional (75+ nutrients), increases circulation, breaks down dead tissue, no known side-effects, boosts energy levels, promotes healthy cell growth, cleanses digestive system (which helps us absorb vitamins more effectively)

SYMPTOM PRODUCTAbrasions Aloe gellyAbscess Propolis crème, gellyAbsorption Taking the Gel will of course improve the absorption of nutrientsAcne Gelly, propolis crème, MSM gel (excellent results), Fields of Green, A-Beta-CarE, Alpha-

E factor, bee propolis tablets. Taking the AV gel drink internally will also help the whole body, including the skin of course

Acne Rosacea Gel, bee propolis tablets, gelly, propolis crème, liquid soap – usually caused by a deficiency in vitamin B, which can be found in all our Bee products and our supplement B12 Plus. You could suggest the Gel (60-120 ml per day), apply Gelly topically to help soothe, heal and reduce scarring and moisturising lotion or propolis cream for its emollient properties, as this condition can tend to be very dry and sore.

ADHD (Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder)

Arctic Sea

After-sun Aloe lotion (which is ~50% aloe vera gel and good moisturiser/after-sun lotion)Ageing Lycium, A-Beta-CarE, sunscreenAllergic rhinitis See ‘hay fever’Allergies Bee Pollen, Vitamin C (recommend high doses of vitamin C (ie. our Absorbent C) at the

immediate onset of an infection. It is profoundly anti-viral and anti-bacterial at bowel tolerance levels (the level below that which causes loose bowels), usually around 1 gram an hour during an infection. It’s also anti-inflammatory and immediately calms down allergic reactions, which are a common contributor to chronic sinus problems, for example). Allergies in horses (from David Urch): The most beneficial products for allergies are the Pollen and Aloe Vera Gel. The pollen contains natural antihistamines and, due to persorption, also presensitises the immune system. A horse would require 10 daily, always give a test dose first of 1/4 tablet. Aloe Vera Gel will help through its immunomodulation and anti-inflammatory properties. A 500kg horse needs 250mls daily to start then decreasing to 120mls. I like to start horses on these products as early on in the year as possible.

Alzheimer’s disease Royal jelly, Arctic Sea, Gingko – also, exercise decreases the risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s. Pomesteen and gel drinks are very powerful antioxidants – Drinking fruit (particularly dark skinned fruits, so Pomesteen is excellent) and vegetable juices frequently may significantly cut the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease (according to research found on the BBC website, summer 2006) – check out http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/5298404.stm?ls

Angina Arctic SeaAnimals – arthritis In case of arthritis where new bone formation around the joint is minimal and the

main damage is to the articular cartilage, Freedom alone will normally control the condition. However if the joint degeneration is more advanced, then these animals often require both drugs and Freedom. It is important to remember that Freedom may take several weeks before its benefits will be apparent

Page 2: Health symptons & product help

Animals – eyes It is important particularly with eye problems that the owner consults their own veterinary surgeon and has the condition confirmed and treated appropriately. If the vet agrees then either diluted Aloe Activator or Veterinary Formula can be used as described on page 76 of David Urch’s book Aloe Vera Natures Gift

Animals – laminitis It is very important to enlist the help of the pony’s veterinary surgeon and farrier. With correct management our products can help. To help prevent the re-occurrence of this problem, ponies need to be kept on 60 to 120mls per day depending on how susceptible they are. Strict control of the diet and regular exercise are essential. If the pony has an acute attack then the vet and farrier should be called immediately and the pony given 200mls Aloe Vera Gel by mouth daily. This level should be maintained until symptoms improve when it can be reduced to 120mls. When recovered the pony should be kept on 60mls daily. Together with correct management and assistance from a vet and farrier Aloe Vera can help control this problem in 80% of cases. This result will not be achieved with aloe Vera alone.

Animals – Mastitis The management of mastitis is a subject that is covered in some detail on page 172 to 175 of David Urch’s book Aloe Vera Natures Gift. The main products used to help non-toxic types of mastitis are the oral Aloe Vera Gel and a mixture of Aloe Veterinary Formula and Gelly. The latter two are mixed together in a sterile container in the ratio of 20mls Vet Formula to 10mls Gelly. After stripping out the milk from the infected quarter 10 to 20mls of this mixture is infused up the teat canal using a sterile syringe and cannula. This is repeated twice daily until the milk returns to normal. Natural products such as Aloe Vera should only be used alone in cases of non-toxic mastitis. If toxaemia or systemic involvement is suspected by the farmer, then the normal veterinary drugs will have to be used as well.

Animals – mud fever (horses)

Aloe Propolis cream works very well on Mud Fever; also add std AV gel drink to their feed. When the symptoms have resolved, the animal should be kept on a maintenance dose of Aloe Vera gel drink that is roughly ¼ of the treatment amount (about 60mls) but we cannot guarantee this would stop recurrence of mud fever.

Animals – myxamitosis (rabbits)

For an average sized rabbit, give 4ml of gel drink either using syringe or with food, plus one crushed propolis tablet and use aloe activator sponged onto affected areas

Animals – OCD Most cases of OCD require surgery as the final solution. However the Freedom would be an excellent product to give to help repair damaged cartilage and possibly make surgery unnecessary. The owners should keep their veterinary surgeon informed of any complementary products being given and take advice on diet and exercise.

Animals – pigeons The treatment amount of Gel daily would be 4mls while a general tonic would be 1ml daily.

Animals – ringworm You can see from page 59 of David Urch’s book Aloe Vera Natures Gift that applying the Aloe veterinary Formula and the Gelly works well. This needs to be done at least twice daily and more often if possible. If there are a lot of lesions then I would also add Aloe Vera Gel to the diet at 120mls daily until the hair starts to grow again.

Animals – Sarcoids Sarcoids are difficult to treat because they have a habit of coming back when removed. Veterinary surgeons have a selection of treatments for these tumours ranging from cryosurgery, BCG to very strong topical pastes. Some respond to giving the horse oral Aloe Vera Gel and the frequent topical application of Aloe Veterinary Formula, Gelly and Propolis Crème

Animals – Spondylitis

The Freedom would certainly be the most beneficial products for cases of spondylitis. The usual dose is one ml per pound body weight for a dog and in severe cases this level can be increased. When the condition is under control it is sometimes possible to reduce this dose gradually. Many cases require occasional veterinary drugs when the symptoms are particularly severe. The owner should take advice directly from their

Page 3: Health symptons & product help

own vet on what and when these should be usedAnimals – Sweet Itch Sweet Itch is an allergic dermatitis set off by biting midges. You can see a detailed

explanation of this disease on pages 45-46 of David Urch’s book Natures Gift. The dermatitis is easily controlled with our products; the problem is preventing the midges from attacking the horse/pony and the self-mutilation inflicted by the patient. We have found that dilute MPD and Aloe Heat Lotion can help in preventing the insect attacking the animal particularly if combined with the other management suggestions described in David’s book

Ankylosing Spondylitis

Dr Atherton advises us that with the condition Ankylosing Spondylitis (a form of arthritis), the main problem is inflammation and eventually causing bony union. Therefore one wants to reduce the symptoms by giving the maximum amount of Aloe Vera, which is found in the ordinary gel (code 15) not Forever Freedom. The MSM gel is also helpful and can be applied separately topically. He also suggests adding the A-Beta-CarE for the selenium content, together with Arctic Sea. It can appear in both men and women, although is most common in men.

Ants MPD kills ants ‘kindly’ without use of chemicalsArthritis For Osteoarthritis (general wear ‘n’ tear arthritis) Peter Atherton suggests Forever

Freedom (since both Glucosamine and Chondroitin help). For Rheumatoid arthritis he suggests Aloe Vera Gel (although cranberries are recommended for RA, so Berry Nectar may be better). You can also suggest using Arctic sea (reduces need for hip/knee joint replacements) and heat lotion for both types, and MSM gel also. May suggest building up to 120ml gel per day from 30ml to start with, then reduce to 60ml when user gets relief from symptoms. If client is on Warfarin and so does not want to take Freedom, then suggest std gel drink + Active HA supplement instead.

Asperger’s syndrome

AV gel drink and Arctic Sea

Asthma Standard gel drink or preferably Berry Nectar, also Arctic Sea as an anti-inflammatory together with Gingko as a smooth muscle relaxant (an excellent bronchodilator). Bee propolis may also help in preventing and eliminating any lung infection, which is common with asthma. Can also use heat lotion rubbed on chest and back to calm effects of asthma

Athlete’s foot Gelly or propolis crème (personal choice), Garlic & ThymeAutism Arctic SeaBabies Can take gel drinks from about 18 months of age (although you can bathe babies in it

for skin conditions – see under ‘eczema’), but it is suggested for supplements children should be over 4 years old. Propolis cream is ideal for babies (particularly for nappy rash, when used daily), as is the liquid soap (and other topical products). It is not recommened to give Aloe Vera Gel to infants because they have an immature gut and are prone to colic. The Gel may exacerbate this, as it increases the transit time of the bowel contents. For babies who wake in the night…Testimonial from one very happy mother!: Use Aloe Lotion with a couple of drops of pure Lavender essential oil, for a lovely after-bath and pre-bedtime relaxing massage for baby, works a treat! Beautifully soft skin and sleeping through the night, bliss!!Also, try massaging aloe heat lotion into baby’s feet (only – as too strong a smell for youngsters)

Back pain Standard gel drink (anti-inflammatory, painkiller), heat lotion and MSM gel – my severe back pain of 12 years, prior to FLP, (sacroiliac joint problem) took 3 weeks to disappear with Berry Nectar (or standard gel drink) and never returned! Yippee!!!

Bad breath Gel, tooth gelBleeding gums Testimonial from Nicola in our team “Last week I went to the dentist to get checked

after having my baby and when he probed my gums I nearly went through the ceiling! They bled badly and I was told that they were in such a state from pregnancy that they

Page 4: Health symptons & product help

can’t do the work (veneers) for at least 3 months until they settled down post baby. Also he recommended using a special mouthwash and toothbrush to help the bleeding. Anyway, I went away and decided to put the AV gelly on them twice a day instead! Today I went back for a filling and asked him to check my gums. He humoured me by taking a look and was so surprised that he called his wife (also the nurse!) to come and see. Neither of them could believe it and are now interested in the products to recommend to their patients! They started work today on the veneers and asked me to bring in the products and more info…”

Blocked sinuses Heat Lotion (sparingly!)Blood pressure Omega 3 (Arctic Sea), gel (regulates blood pressure)Bones Nature-Min is the supplement to help to heal broken bones.Breast tenderness The usual proprietary product to suggest is Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) – take 2 twice

daily to keep the pain at bay. However, FLP’s A-BetaCarE and Maca supplements both may be worth trying too (although they are NOT an equivalent to EPO, they may also help)

Bronchitis Bee propolis and/or garlic and thyme capsules, heat lotion, gingko (excellent bronchodilator when congested (esp. if person can’t easily breathe/feels a lack of oxygen)), A-Beta-CarE, gel drink, aloe activator (2 drops in each nasal passage)

Bunions and corns GellyBurns & Bites Gelly, EchinaceaBursitis Bee pollen, AV Gel or Freedom, A-BetaCarE, Absorbent C – all for nutrition and pain

relief rather than solving the problem though. Also, try MSM gel topically.Cancer Anybody with cancer needs to boost their immune system so any or all of the

following products may be appropriate: Gel (balances immune system), A-Beta-CarE (contains selenium, reduces incidents of prostate cancer), Lycium (Chemotherapy & Radiotherapy), Bee Pollen, Absorbent C, B12 PlusAlso, Gingko is possible treatment for cancer of the mouth (published in the BMA – extract inhibits spreading of cancer and actually kills off cancer cells)

Candida Std AV gel drink, aloe lips (if causing sore lips), aloe gelly topicallyCarpal Tunnel Syndrome

Dr. Atherton has advised that regrettably, none of our products is known to help with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. However, one could perhaps apply Heat Lotion or MSM Gel for the pain.

Cartilage damage Freedom, MSM gelCatarrh Gel (BN)Cellulite Applying gelly to skin should reduce cellulite (aloe vera lowers blood sugar levels and

reduces fat in blood). Also, ‘feed’ the skin – take AV gel (Freedom is best, since it contains Glucosamine), A-BetaCarE, Arctic Sea and use propolis cream. Good foods to eat include eggs, soya products, oranges and tomatoes

Chemotherapy Take 120ml AV gel drink + Bee Pollen + Pomesteen (antioxidant to fight the free radicals), also try lycium (to help with nausea and it’s a powerful antioxidant and general tonic) and A-BetaCarE, Absorbent C, B12+ (anti-stress) and gelly (on wounds for healing)

Chickenpox First apply Aloe First (soothes pain and reduces inflammation, cooling), then gelly, then propolis cream. Try sieving 150ml gel drink and put into bath water (good for eczema and measles too). For spots/blisters IN the throat, use teaspoons of AV gelly regularly to relieve soreness (may take 2 days to clear completely)

Cholesterol Omega 3 (Arctic Sea), garlic & thyme (reduces cholesterol), Fields of GreenCirculation Ginkgo Plus, Lycium, Arctic Sea (Omega 3 fish oils) helps promote circulatory health,

Gin ChiaCoeliac (wheat & gluten intolerant)

All gel drinks are suitable for coeliac sufferers (a malabsorption syndrome), as they improve the absorption of food and do not contain gluten. Need to take between 60-

Page 5: Health symptons & product help

120mls daily (Also, try taking soya milk instead of cows’ milk). Absorbent C and Gin Chia are the two products to avoid; the rest of the range is gluten free.

Cold sores Aloe lips, aloe vera gelly, aloe propolis crème – use Aloe First to clean areaColds Bee propolis, garlic & thyme capsules, Vit C (Absorbent C), Gin Chia, EchinaceaColitis May improve with Aloe Vera Gel drink but would probably have to take at least 120mls

per day. Some people need even more than this but we have no other products that would help directly

Conception (or lack of!)

For couples trying to conceive: women should take Royal Jelly to help conception (works brilliantly!). Men should also eat lots of green veg (to increase their vitamin B). Also women should increase their vit B and folic acid – take B12+ three months prior to trying to conceive (and throughout pregnancy). Also, A-Beta-CarE (for younger men) and Pro 6 (men 40+) for their selenium content. See also under ‘pregnancy’

Congestion Drop small amount of aloe heat lotion into bowl of hot water, cover your head with towel and inhale – helps shift congestion!

Conjunctivitis Unfortunately, none of our products will help this condition…although you can TRY AV gelly and/or bathing eyes in aloe activator/water (50:50)

Constipation Gel drink, bee propolis (natural antibiotic, kills bacteria), bee pollen (to replace lost vits and minerals), garlic & thyme, Absorbent C

Coughs Use Garlic & thyme capsules and/or bee propolis tablets. Top tip: mix a small amount of Aloe Vera Gelly with a drop of tepid water and gargle with it – within 10 minutes the cough should stop. Or gargle with 50:50 aloe activator/water. The heat lotion can help by rubbing on feet, chest and back which will help to ease the cough.

Cradle cap Customer testimonial: “This is a dry skin condition that most babies seem to get in varying degrees. Ordinarily one has to use quite a severe ‘tar’ shampoo to combat it, but I have found that massaging my son’s hair in the aloe liquid soap and leaving it in place for a minute has been highly effective. It takes a few bath sessions to take effect but if you tackle it early enough, which we have, one can effectively control the condition until the child ‘outgrows’ it”. Also, can try combination of propolis cream with the liquid soap

Cramp Heat lotionCrohn’s Disease Gel drink (start with ~30ml per day, slowly increasing weekly to ~120ml/day and

increased amounts at the first sign of a flare-up), A-Beta-CarE, Bee Propolis, Bee Pollen, Arctic Sea

Cystitis – also see interstitial cystitis

Berry nectar (cranberries, vit C), Echinacea (boosts immunity), probiotic (prevents cystitis by promoting healthy bacteria)

Dairy All products are suitable for non-dairy diets (as well as wheat and gluten intolerances – see coeliac above)

Dandruff Shampoo, Arctic SeaDepression Gin Chia, Arctic Sea (fish oils help recovery from depressive illness), Royal Jelly, Bee

PollenDiabetes Gel will possibly reduce the amount of insulin reqd., Fields of Green, Glucosamine is

OK for diabetes sufferers (eg. Freedom).Note – blood sugar level must be re-checked regularly: Aloe Vera Gel may lower blood sugar and therefore the sufferer should be aware of this and should check their blood or urine sugars carefully after starting the Gel or after altering the amount taken as they may require less anti-diabetic conventional medication such as insulin. Aloe vera is BRILLIANT for diabetics…our GP on our advisory boards also advises: “Although Aloe Vera does not specifically act in these cases (ie. That’s not its primary purpose), it is often found that in both people and animals there do seem to be beneficial effects. In practice I have found that if 60-80 mls Aloe Vera Gel is added to their diet daily for at least 6 weeks, many have shown a more consistent blood glucose level and in up to 20% of cases, the insulin doses

Page 6: Health symptons & product help

required have been reduced. It is important to remember that one must never interfere with any drug prescribed by your GP.”Having a high level of vitamin C in your blood, consistent with that achieved by supplementation (try our Absorbent C) and eating a high fruit and vegetable diet, reduces your risk of diabetes by 62% Helps to control blood glucose. Firstly start with the drinking gel, mainly for a general boost to your system. Being a diabetic means being more prone to infections, colds and the flu. Also to help with the absorption of my insulin I take the Fields of Green as these contain chromium picolate, which helps the body respond to insulin, this has enabled me to reduce my daily insulin injections, sometimes as much as 25%. I use the Garlic and Thyme and the Gingko Plus to help boost my circulation and detoxify my body.An ultimate favourite however is the Arctic Sea Fish Oils, many customers use these mainly to prevent the build-up of cholesterol and have seen readings come down from 6.4 to 3.5, I firmly believe that prevention is better than cure. Diabetics can suffer from high cholesterol if their blood glucose isn’t controlled; FLP can help keep mine better control than ever before”.

Diarrhoea Bee propolis (natural antibiotic, kills bacteria), bee pollen (to replace lost vits and minerals), garlic, Absorbent C, Probiotic

Digestion Aloe Vera Gel drink, ProbioticDiverticulitis Aloe Vera GelDizziness Lycium Drugs Our products will combine happily with virtually all conventional medication except for

3 categories that need vigilance, although they are not a contraindication:Anti-Diabetic drugs (for diabetes)Hypertensive drugs (for high blood pressure)3. Anti-coagulant drugs (e.g. warfarin and aspirin)People on powerful immunosuppressive medication such as transplant patients can take Aloe Vera Gel as the immunomodulatory effect would never be strong enough to counter the effects of the regular extremely powerful medication, but this should be a decision made by the person’s own renal physician.

Dry skin Moisturising lotion, propolis cream, Arctic sea – if very dry hands or feet, for example, with cuts, use gelly (to heal cuts) at night and lotion/cream (to moisturise) at day. Tip: If you have scalp psoriasis or eczema that gets sore and itchy, soak your scalp in the veterinary spray before you go to bed then wash it off in the morning with the shampoo; it’s fantastic, it dries up any sore bits and really moisturises your hair PRODUCT TESTIMONIAL (from Jan Backhouse) – I used to suffer with dry scaly skin on my legs, but since rinsing my tights in a little Aloe Shampoo, I have eradicated this problem. Miss Lovely Legs again!

Duodenal Ulcer Gel drink, Propolis tabletsDVT Gingko thins the blood, so good to take for long-haul flights to avoid DVTDyslexia and dyspraxia

Arctic Sea (food for the brain, increases calmer behaviour), Gingko

Ear ache Try couple of drops of aloe activator into ear twice daily (or more, if necessary). Also, take bee propolis tablets if it’s an ear infection – but also best to get it checked by your GP in case there’s an infection that needs treating conventionally. Can also put some AV gelly into the ear

EB (Epidermolysis Bullosa) or ‘butterfly skin’

You may have seen Channel 4’s documentary, “The Boy Whose Skin Fell Off”. The programme was about Jonny Kennedy, who was dying from cancer caused by EB (Epidermolysis Bullosa).

Page 7: Health symptons & product help

EB is a genetic condition where the skin doesn’t stick to the body properly. At worst, this condition is fatal in infancy, with excessive internal blistering. For those with the type of EB that Jonny had, blisters develop on the body at the slightest friction – or even spontaneously. These need to be lanced regularly and the wounds carefully bandaged. This is a painful ordeal, often only eased with morphine. Scar tissue caused by continual blistering means that fingers and toes fuse together, as well as causing the oesophagus to narrow, making the eating of solids difficult. FLP products have successfully been used at Gt Ormond Street Hospital for those suffering from EB – gel drink, gelly, propolis cream

Eczema Aloe First, Gelly (for wet eczema), propolis crème (for dry eczema), gel drink, liquid soap, Arctic sea (helps with skin).Additional info – try sieving 150ml gel drink and put into bath water (good for chickenpox and measles too), use liquid soap, bath gelée, shampoo + put activator onto skin prior to use of gelly and moisturising lotion (this doesn’t contain lanolin) or aloe lotion, also, MSM gel is v good. Use MPD instead of washing powder (which will irritate skin). Try Alpha-E Factor oil on stubborn patches of eczema. Remember that SOME people go through a ‘healing crisis’ occasionally when using the combination of gel drink and propolis cream – this is the body saying ‘it’s working’! by pushing out all the rubbish through the skin; this may happen during the first few days but will then stop and start to heal – PLEASE go through that healing crisis and then you’ll enjoy the benefits (this does NOT happen to everyone; most people start getting some benefit immediately) 1 in 3 children under the age of 3 ½ and 1 in 12 adults suffer from eczema.Arctic sea, B12 (zinc deficiency)Tip: If you have scalp psoriasis or eczema that gets sore and itchy, soak your scalp in the veterinary spray before you go to bed then wash it off in the morning with the shampoo; it’s fantastic, it dries up any sore bits and really moisturises your hair

Endometriosis Aloe Vera has a specific healing effect on all forms of epithelial tissue as it reduces the inflammation – suggest taking 120mls of Gel drink a day (to reduce inflamed scar tissue), and allow up to four months to gain benefit. Also, Gin Chia & Arctic Sea

Energy (see fatigue)Epilepsy Regrettably we do not have any products that would specifically help an epileptic

sufferer; we can only help the general nutritional status with the aloe vera Gel. However, the Gingko Plus also helps with memory loss (a common complaint with adult epilepsy sufferers)

Eyes A-Beta-CarE – important for elimination of dryness of eyes (nothing will help poor eyes due to old age though!). Use Aloe Activator – mix 50:50 with purified water as an eye wash (eg. for sties and conjunctivitis). Lycium plus. Forever Vision. Tip: Soak two wads of cotton wool in Aloe First and place over eyelids when lying down or ready for sleep. It is unbelievably soothing and stops the eyes from itching. For dry eyes lid, use gelly

Facial regime There are no hard and fast rules with our products. They are all gentle and natural and can be used at any time, but a typical regime may be as follows: AM: Exfoliating Cleanser (use Aloe Liquid Soap & water if you prefer), Rehydrating Toner, Forever Alluring Eyes – applied lightly to underneath eyes, R3 Factor Cream, Firming Foundation Lotion, Sonya make up application. PM: Exfoliating Cleanser (or Aloe Liquid Soap & water), Sonya Eye Makeup Remover (if wearing eye make-up), Rehydrating Toner, Forever Alluring Eyes, Forever Alpha-E Factor and Recovering Night Cream. Each regime takes five minutes at the most, morning and evening – I hope it works for you!1. Exfoliating Cleanser – remove with damp cotton wool.2. Rehydrating Toner – Apply on damp cotton wool.3. Aloe Scrub – A pea sized amount on damp skin. Avoid eye area and remove with

Page 8: Health symptons & product help

damp cotton wool.4. Face Mask Powder and Aloe Activator. One teaspoon of each. Apply to face and neck. Avoid eye area. Leave for 10-30 minutes – remove with fairly warm water and mask sponges (once or twice a week).5. Alluring Eyes.6. Alpha-E Factor. Three to four drops is more than enough for face and neck7. R3 Factor8. Firming Foundation or Recovering Night Crème.9. PLEASE NOTE DO NOT USE THE SCRUB AND THE R3 AT THE SAME TIME AS THEY ARE BOTH EXFOLIATORS AND WOULD BE TOO HARSH. As the scrub tube suggests using the product daily, this is OK for the body but for the face it would be too harsh. I would suggest one to three times weekly on the face for normal, twice for dry, three times for oily skin and blocked pores.

Fatigue Gel drink, Bee Pollen, royal jelly, Gingko, Gin Chia, Maca (Coenzyme Q10 in Maca increases stamina and energy)

Fibromyalgia Standard gel drink, Arctic Sea, heat lotion and/or MSM Gel are recommended on affected areas. The appropriate Bee product would be Bee Pollen for energy, but it is important to have a test dose. See testimonial at end of this document

Fibrositis Gel drinkFrozen Shoulder Aloe heat lotionGardening! Expert gardeners use aloe-soaked bandages to wrap around broken branches to mend

them!! Use aloe liquid soap to clean dirty gardening hands!Gingivitis Testimonial from Nicola in our team “Last week I went to the dentist to get checked

Glandular fever Gel drink, bee propolis tablets, Echinacea and bee pollen (and A-Beta-CarE)Good health Gel drink, bee pollen (FLP’s multi-vitamin & multi-mineral tablet), A-Beta-CarE (partic.

For men) & Arctic SeaGout Form of arthritis, mainly in men (esp. big toes!). General suggestions: drink lots of

water, if overweight need to try to lose weight, stop all consumption of red wine, beef, beer and fat, eliminate refined carbs (eg. white flour and sugar), eat plenty of strawberries, cherries and cranberries. Try Berry Nectar (take 2 fluid ounces prior to meals, 3 times daily), A-BetaCarE (1 capsule before two meals daily) and rub heat lotion or MSM gel on affected areas. Can also try Arctic Sea (anti-inflammatory). Fields of Green & Celery. Although the Gel will not cure gout, it has been used effectively to reduce inflammation and Dr Atherton also recommends the MSM Gel where appropriate.

Growing pains Heat lotionHaemorrhoids Gel drink, Gelly, aloe lips

Hangover! Take one bee propolis tablet with water (before sleeping), gel drinkHay fever (also known as allergic

Bee pollen (start in Nov – increase dosage during ‘season’), Gin Chia. Also, you can put some aloe lips on a finger and then up/around your nostril area!! Tip: Soak two wads

Page 9: Health symptons & product help

rhinitis) of cotton wool in Aloe First and place over eyelids when lying down or ready for sleep. It is unbelievably soothing and stops the eyes from itching. Put some gelly in each nostril to line the nose and coat the tiny hairs (or use aloe lips). Also, try using aloe activator in an atomiser or tiny medicine bottle (with pipette) and spray into nose (useful to keep in handbag, pocket, etc)If you suffer with Hay Fever, rubbing some Aloe Lips around the edge of each nostril “traps” the pollen before it hits the nasal passages. It acts in the same way as Vaseline, but smells a whole lot better! Be aware that Bee Pollen has a cleansing action so in some cases it may be necessary to reduce the amount taken to avoid too much cleansing! If this is the case, then consider the size/stature of person taking it and reduce intake accordingly

Head lice (Nits) FLP Shampoo & conditioner – if head lice are present, shampoo the hair twice, but leave in the second time overnight; in the morning rinse thoroughly, comb through (with nit comb) and apply conditioner, leave for 3-5 minutes (or longer if possible) then rinse again. This should be enough to eradicate them; if not, repeat. Continue to use both our shampoo and conditioner regularly to prevent head lice. An Alternative suggestion is to use the conditioner with the nit comb on wet hair to take out as many nits as possible firstly, then use the gelly (massage well into the hair) and leave in hair overnight, then use the shampoo and conditioner the following morning as normal.

Healthy skin Gel drink, gellyHeart Disease B12 & Omega 3 fish oils (Arctic Sea) reduce coronary heart disease – must NOT take

Gingko if on Warfarin as it also thins the blood. Vit C, Garlic & Thyme also goodHeartburn – (ovulation-related heartburn)

Nothing specific will help this condition…although the gel drinks help with general health of course (it’s also suggested that the gel drink MAY ultimately make some difference by balancing your body much better)

Hernia (hiatus) This is a reflux of acid in the lower oesophagus, causing inflammation. Aloe vera gel drink will bring down the inflammation and also help to heal it internally.

Hives – see urticeriaHormonal problems Royal Jelly, Gin ChiaHormone imbalance (partial hypo-pituitarism)

Condition called partial hypo-pituitarism (a hormone imbalance) – none of our products can specifically affect this condition but the Gel can be very balancing so might be worth a try. If the eyes are affected, Forever Vision could also be helpful.

HRT – see also ‘menopause’

Royal jelly, Nature Min, Gel drink, bee pollen, A-Beta-CarE, Gin Chia, Lycium, Fields of Green – there is not ONE supplement that will replace HRT, it depends on what the individual needs, eg. gel drink, bee pollen and A-Beta-CarE will help with hot flushes (regulates temp.), zinc, B vits and provide energy. Some ladies have ‘survived’ on simply taking Gin-Chia. Also, taking Maca tablets daily (a natural hormone replacement) with an aloe vera gel drink alleviates hot flushes and provides lots of energy – so this may be the best combination of products. Maca can help with many of the symptoms: www.natural-progesterone-estrogen-supplements.comOne client takes just Maca and feels SO much better and totally energised (this happened within a month of taking Maca)

immediately!Infertility problems For reproductive health, we recommend the gel drink plus A-BetaCarE (for both men

and women). Aloe Drinking Gel and A-BetaCarE aid fertility and, if the lack of conception is due to the male partner, he should also take Nature-Min, which, along

Page 10: Health symptons & product help

with A-BetaCarE, is very good for male fertility. Also, Forever B12 Plus supports fertility and is excellent for both when you’re trying to conceive and also for when you’re pregnant for both you and your baby. Royal Jelly is fantastic (if the problem is with the woman) if you’re trying to conceive (helps produce eggs regularly, and has resulted in a conception on many occasions!).Maca, A Beta-CarE (Selenium and vitamin E), Gingko, Royal Jelly – vits E and C help overall reproductive health. Folic acid, Omega 3, zinc, selenium, vit B6 and manganese are known to support fertility. Women: AV gel drink, A-BetaCarE, Arctic Sea, B12+ and Royal JellyMen: AV gel drink, A-BetaCarE and Nature-min

Ingrown hairs Use Aloe First to soothe, try gelly to draw out hairs. Also, try a face mask on your legs to draw them out! Also, use the Aloe Scrub and loofah daily

Insomnia Royal Jelly (place one tablet under the tongue at night for a great night’s sleep!)Interstitial cystitis Dr Atherton has advised that he has seen some remarkable success with interstitial

cystitis from using Berry Nectar at no less than 120mls per day. Pomesteen contains some juices that would be classed as acidic so for this condition you might want to avoid it

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

Std AV Gel, probably takes up to 3 months to be REALLY effective (start by taking a small amount, slowly building up to 120ml daily). The symptoms of IBS include diarrhoea, constipation, abdominal pain, bloating and wind. Many sufferers also claim they lack energy and have problems sleeping. It’s hard to pinpoint exactly what causes IBS. Some people notice they develop problems after a bout of food poisoning or gastroenteritis. Stress and diet can also make IBS symptoms worse. Up to a third of people experience IBS symptoms from time to time, with slightly more women affected than men.HOW DO YOU TREAT IT? Keep a record of any foods you suspect may trigger problems – wheat, dairy, onions, nuts and caffeine are common culprits – then cut them out. Take our standard Aloe Vera Gel drink daily!

Itching Propolis crème, gelly. For itchy scalp, use the aloe shampoo, Alpha-E Factor and veterinary spray (works excellently coz it’s virtually all aloe gel!)

Joint pain Freedom, MSM gel, heat lotion – try applying MSM gel first on acute pain, then heat lotion once pain has subsided somewhat. For clicking joints, other than the Freedom, you could also suggest the MSM gel. The Kids multi vitamins and Bee Pollen may help if it is caused by a vitamin deficiency (in children).

Kidney stones Berry Nectar might make a difference with kidney stones. We can’t get rid of the stones but it can be very cleansing and should help to heal any damage caused by the stones passing through the tubes, as well as taking down any inflammation. Obviously, your customer should be drinking plenty of water, too.

Kidneys Berry Nectar helps to cleanse the liver and kidneys due to the cranberries and apples, with aloe vera gel

Aloe gel drink (std or Berry Nectar) and Arctic Sea (since most sufferers have high cholesterol) but be aware this may lower the need for steroids), bee propolis, A-Beta-CarE, Absorbent C (also, garlic & thyme). Also take multi-mineral (Nature-Min). Don’t drink caffeine products, eat foods low in fat and low in salt, consume large quantities of food rich in fibre

Malabsorption Taking the Gel drink will of course improve the absorption of nutrientsME (Great success taking 2 fl oz bits ‘n’ peaches daily). However, Dr Peter Atherton advises

on at least 120ml gel/day, A-Beta-CarE, bee pollen and other supplements if necessary

Multi-Maca, Nature-Min or Calcium plus. Check out www.natural-progesterone-estrogen-supplements.comOne client takes just Maca and feels SO much better and totally energised (this happened within a month of taking Maca) A lady who is menopausal and now taking Berry Nectar and Gin Chia has had fantastic results! She stopped taking the Gin Chia and all the symptoms (mood swings) returned!

Menstruation In-crease your intake of a very good multi-vitamin/multi-mineral tablet, especially calcium and magnesium – our Bee Pollen is excellent for this (code 26, cost £10.87 for month’s supply, 100 tablets) – see page 23 in our product brochure. Alternatively, Royal Jelly is also really excellent (code 36, £23.49). Plus, Nature-Min helps regulate fluid balance and hormonal balance (code 37, £12.94 – page 20) and contains both calcium and magnesium, as well as all other important minerals like zincmaintain an adequate diet and daily exercisereduce or avoid the following foods: salt, alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, red meats and canned foodsDrink plenty of water with aloe vera gel drink before and after menstruation (this will help reduce inflammation greatly and avoid pain) – code 15, £18.00 per one litre bottle. When your period pain is at its worst I suggest you take it twice dailyrigorously avoid constipation (again the aloe vera will assist with this)put a hot water bottle on your stomach; this will also help reduce inflammation, as well as allow blood to flow, thus relaxing your musclesrub your abdomen with aloe heat lotion; this reduces inflammation and relieves pain – code 64, £10.59

Migraine Gel drink – excellent results. Arctic Sea, Gingko. Also, massage very small amount of heat lotion / AV gelly / MSM gel into temples, forehead and back of neck at the onset of pain. Drink LOTS of water (most common cause is dehydration!). Try taking Royal Jelly – 1 chewed with each meal – and Arctic Sea – 1 with each meal.

Mood swings A lady who is menopausal and now taking Berry Nectar and Gin Chia has had fantastic results! She stopped taking the Gin Chia and all the symptoms (mood swings) returned!

MS Std AV gel, B12, Arctic Sea, Nature-Min, Gingko, Forever Lite, royal jelly, bee pollen, A-BetaCarE, Abs C, bee propolis (for any infections) – girl in Germany takes B12+ only (VERY effective at stopping the degeneration of MS apparently, in her case at least!)Tingling sensation in legs – Arctic Sea. Arctic Sea provides the insulation for the myelin sheath that surrounds the nerve cells, so is great for those with MS. I have an MS customer who is taking the standard AV gel plus Arctic Sea and Forever B12+ and is feeling HUGELY better already – lots more energy, less aches and pains, and just a general feeling of well-being…

Muscle spasms Aloe heat lotion and gel drink (as anti-inflammatory and analgesic)Nappy rash Client testimonial: “My baby had nappy rash and, having tried everything on the

market, I turned to our Aloe Propolis Crème! The nappy rash disappeared overnight. If I use Aloe Propolis Crème she doesn’t get nappy rash, if I don’t (when we run out…) she does! Simple as that. So we can’t live without it.”

Nephritis Inflammation of the kidney (can be caused by presence of toxins on the body – therefore take gel drink, particularly Berry Nectar). Also, take bee propolis and/or garlic & thyme, Absorbent C, A-BetaCarE. Drink loads of water (preferably)

PCOS (Polycystic Ovaries)

Gel drink, plus supplements Arctic Sea (for top quality Omega 3 fish oils – supporting fertility), A-BetaCarE (for vit A, Beta-Carotene, vit E, and Selenium – very good indeed, known to help with fertility and hormone regulation) and either Bee Pollen or Royal Jelly(for the vitamins, particularly zinc and Vit B complex). If acne is a problem (a common complaint with PCOS), use the gelly for best results. Having said all this, one lady with PCOS takes just the AV gel drink, Royal Jelly and Garcinia with amazing results (NB. weight is often an issue with PCOS)PCOS may promote poor skin (acne and eczema), excess hair growth, fertility problems and weight gain. A client started drinking the Berry Nectar (BN), took A-Beta-CarE (ABC) and also Arctic Sea. The BN gave her a much better menstrual cycle (plus LOTS of other benefits like great skin and hair, energy, feeling of well-being, weight loss), the ABC is a VERY powerful antioxidant, helped her eczema and skin generally, improved her cycle and reduced her hormone imbalance (including reducing excess hair growth) and Arctic Sea is just FANTASTIC! It’s great for the brain, for skin, for joints, for period pain…

Peritendonitis Std gel, together with Arctic Sea and applying MSM topicallyPMT Royal jelly (helps w mood swings), bee pollen, gel drink (this alone often really helps

with PMT, dramatically!), Arctic Sea (for mood swings, depression), Maca helps to reduce heavy periods and alleviate period pains (but not for young girls, adults only), also use heat lotion across low back

Polymyalgia Rheumatica

Std AV gel drink at 120ml/day (60ml before breakfast and 60ml before dinner) + Arctic Sea (for joints and anti-inflammatory) + aloe heat lotion

Polymyositis Std aloe gel drink together with the arctic seaPoor circulation GinkgoPregnancy Taking a gel drink does no harm, but as your body is already going through major

changes, it really is up to the individual. Do not use heat lotion on stomach, OK to use elsewhere though. For those trying to conceive, take Royal Jelly to help conception (works brilliantly!). Try taking Fields of Green for morning sickness, too. Supplement Benefits – The need for extra nutrients before, during and after pregnancy to help support the health of the foetus and mother is becoming increasingly important due to the reduced nutrient content of our modern diet. It has long been recognised that a deficiency in Folic Acid can increase the likelihood of developing a congenital disorder. Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids from fish are vital for the formation of the new tissues particularly the development of the brain, nervous system and retina with research showing enhanced effects in IQ and learning, so we certainly recommend our Arctic Sea. You can take any or all of the following supplements during pregnancy, Arctic Sea Super Omega 3 fish oils, Absorbent C, B12 Plus, Nature Min and Forever Active Probiotic. The only products we would not suggest giving to a pregnant lady is the Gin Chia, Echinacea, Forever Lean, Garcinia and the Ginkgo.Other supplements such as Bee Pollen, Royal Jelly, B12 Plus, Absorbent-C and Arctic-Sea Omega-3 will help to provide the body with a rich source of vitamins and minerals

Page 13: Health symptons & product help

that are essential during and after pregnancy. Aloe Vera Gelly rubbed into the skin can help with problem skin, veins, and piles and avoid stretch marks (or try aloe lotion).

Prostate A-Beta-CarE helps promote healthy prostate and thus reduces incidence of prostate cancer, Maca is also good for prostate problems (or rather to promote a healthy prostate). Pro 6 should be taken by all men over 40 years old to help them protect their prostate CLIENT PRODUCT TESTIMONIAL – I was looking at an article about Forever Pro 6 and mentioned it to my husband and he, much to my surprise asked me to get him some. He has been taking it for about a month and a few days ago said that he was not getting up as often at night and it also helped his waterworks. So for all those men out there give it a try!

Psoriasis Standard gel drink (up to 120 ml daily), A-Beta-CarE (3 capsules daily, one before each meal), Arctic Sea (3 capsules daily, one before each meal) – A-Beta-CarE and Arctic Sea help as they are both very moisturising from the inside – Royal Jelly (take these for 3 months) and use propolis crème (which some people mix with Aloe Activator if it’s difficult to spread –although this is not its designated use, this product is very pure and has a high aloe content, which is generally beneficial for psoriasis) and/or gelly topically – ie. Treat from the inside out. See also under eczema for day-to-day skincare (bath gelée, shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, MPD). Do NOT use high-street bath foams or soaps. Tip: If you have scalp psoriasis or eczema that gets sore and itchy, soak your scalp in the veterinary spray before you go to bed then wash it off in the morning with the shampoo; it’s fantastic, it dries up any sore bits and really moisturises your hair

Rashes Gelly, propolis creamRaynaud’s disease (poor circulation)

New Forever HA supplement – also helps to lubricate and cushion our joints and muscles (and so goes well with our Freedom gel drink). Mary Ash took this and within 2 months, she had much better circulation in her hands and feet. Also, it may be worth trying Gingko, which can encourage the blood supply to the extremities.

Razor burn Gelly, Gentleman’s PrideRespiratory problems

Heat lotion, Berry Nectar

Restless leg syndrome

This can be caused by a deficiency in folic acid – so try taking AV gel drink for its anti-inflammatory properties plus Forever B12+ and also heat lotion or MSM gel topically if necessary

Rhinitis Gel drink. Also, could use aloe activator mixed with water (50:50) as a nasal spray. Bee pollen

Sarcoidosis (Inflammation that produces tiny lumps of cells in various organs in your body) – take any gel drink (min 120ml/day)

Scalds GellyScalp problems Use aloe shampoo and conditioner regularly…also, use the vet spray (!) and massage

into affected areas (leave in). Using the AV gelly will also have excellent results (but may leave hair feeling too sticky…OK if you use overnight, leave in and then plan to wash your hair next day!)

Sciatica Trapped nerve, so heat lotion may help with the pain, plus gel drink for nutritional value only (and anti-inflammatory properties)

Scleroderma Combination of the Gel drink, Arctic Sea and Ginkgo Plus, with any of the topical moisturisers

Seborrhoea ShampooShaving Aloe liquid soap makes an ideal substitute for shaving foam/gel – “it penetrates the

skin better, and gives a closer cut. It also feels better whilst shaving”. Also try bath gelée as a ‘superior’ shaving gel. Or indeed Alpha E-factor can also be used to shave with (just use a tiny amount on each cheek) and aloe lotion good to use after shaving

diluted 50:50 with sterile water and then inhaled 1-3 times a day. If area affected is sore (eg. around nose), then first use aloe lips on area before applying heat lotion (to avoid stinging). It is recommended to take high doses of vitamin C at the immediate onset of an infection. It is profoundly anti-viral and anti-bacterial at bowel tolerance levels (the level below that which causes loose bowels), usually around 1 gram an hour during an infection. It also anti-inflammatory and immediately calms down allergic reactions, which are a common contributor to chronic sinus problems.

Skeletal stenosis Dr Peter Atherton says “I am sorry but we have nothing that will specifically help this condition”, however Freedom may give some joint pain relief and reduce inflammation

Sleep problems If you struggle with poor sleep – waking in the night, etc – then Royal Jelly is BRILLIANT, especially good for menopausal women (place one tablet under the tongue for best results). Also, the AV gel drink works very effectively to help with poor sleep patterns. For babies who wake in the night…Testimonial from one very happy mother!: Use Aloe Lotion with a couple of drops of pure Lavender essential oil, for a lovely after-bath and pre-bedtime relaxing massage for baby, works a treat! Beautifully soft skin and sleeping through the night, bliss!!Also, try massaging aloe heat lotion into baby’s feet (only – as too strong a smell for youngsters)For tired parents!, the gel drink and Royal Jelly both help with energy/sleeping

Snoring None of our products is specifically known to help with snoring but the Gel is a good place to start (particularly BN) as some people, including Peter Atherton himself, have said the Gel has helped to stop them snoring. It is advisable to get the person’s GP to check for the cause.

Thrush Berry nectar, gelly, bee propolis tablets, Tooth gel, Probiotic, Garlic & Thyme, Gin ChiaThyroid We do not have any products that would specifically help an under- or over-active

thyroid problem. The only condition affecting this organ, which is a disorder of the immune system, is called Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and may be helped (for nutritional value and immune balancing) by the immunomodulatory action of the polysaccharide in Aloe Vera Gel. However, can also try Gin Chia, Bee Pollen, A-Beta-CarE, Nature Min

Tingling sensation in legs

Tinnitus Gingko plus (tinnitus has been linked to circulatory probs), Lycium, B12Tonsillitis Gel drink, gelly (swallow slowly)Ulcers Gelly, gel drink, tooth gel (for mouth ulcers)Underactive thyroid

Nothing specifically, only nutritionally via the gel drinks – see thyroid above

Urticarial (hives) Gel drink (Berry Nectar) and gelly and/or propolis cream – often an allergy (hence Berry Nectar recommended), may last for hours, days or weeks

Varicose veins, Phlebitis

Lycium, A-Beta-CarE

Vegetarian / vegan See list at base of this tableVerruca’s – see wartsVitamin B deficiency

Bee propolis is most powerful, otherwise bee pollen

Vitamin C deficiency

Absorbent-C aids absorption of vitamin C and is a powerful antioxidant. Vitamin C is one of the body’s main antioxidants, ammunition in the fight against free radicals. The more you smoke, the more vitamin C you lose from your tissues and blood and your body therefore needs more of it to counteract the damage that smoking causes to your cells. Smokers require double the amount of vitamin C compared to non-smokers (around 2000mga day). This cannot be achieved by diet alone, so a supplement is needed.

Warfarin Forever Freedom, Berry Nectar, Ginkgo Plus and Gin-Chia should be avoided when taking the anti-coagulant drug Warfarin (although Dr Atherton has recently said that Forever Freedom could be continued by someone taking warfarin providing the person’s own GP is prepared to closely monitor the INR (blood coagulation) levels as the blood might be thinned slightly). However, if your client chooses NOT to take Freedom, they could take our std AV gel drink + Active HA supplement instead… Do not take Gingko (or Paracetamol or aspirin). Limit your intake of cranberry juice (ie. take the std aloe vera gel drink, NOT Berry Nectar), and avoid Gin Chia, too. It has recently been suggested NOT to take Forever Freedom if you’re on Warfarin, due to the Glucosamine – check with your doctor if on doubt. Vitamin C is sometimes contraindicated with Warfarin. Arctic Sea, A-Beta-CarE (our supplement containing vitamin A, Beta Carotene and vitamin E) and Garlic are also possibly contraindicated. For general good health, I suggest a little Aloe Vera Gel to begin with in small doses, building up to the minimum maintenance level (2fl oz or 60ml) then introduce Active Probiotic and Fields of Green in a week or two. If in doubt at all, it’s best to check with your GP. Please note that any aloe vera gel drink MAY change the amount of Warfarin to be taken, but your regular checks will ascertain that. Dr Atherton has recently said that

Page 16: Health symptons & product help

Forever Freedom could be continued by someone taking warfarin providing the person’s own GP is prepared to closely monitor the INR (blood coagulation) levels as the blood might be thinned slightly. General notes: avoid garlic, onion, chamomile, ginger, cranberries, blood-thinning products (eg. aspirin, gingko); reduce the following consumption (due to their vitamin K content): liver, green leafy vegetables, broccoli, and cauliflower; reduce alcohol consumption.

Warts / verruca’s Gelly. Also, try gel drink plus propolis cream (testimonial with this combination where a cluster of verruca’s disappeared, having had them for 10 years and nothing else touched them!)

Weight loss Garcinia, Clean ‘n’ Lean programmeWhite spots on face

These are an over-production of sebum, which builds up and turns into a hard lump. This can be caused by diet, hormones, or over-saturation of the skin. As the skin under the eyes is very delicate, the Gelly might help to dry up the spots. The only other product suitable for this area is Alluring Eyes, but the spots would have to be dried up before using it.

Wrinkles and fine lines

For a weekly treatment, apply Fleur de Jouvence Facial Mask using ½ teaspoon of Facial Contour Mask Powder, mixed with 1 teaspoon of Aloe Activator and ½ teaspoon of honey. This is not only a marvellous moisturising mask, but it is also superb for underneath the eyes. The R3 Factor Crème can be placed underneath the eyes and around crow’s feet areas (as well as anywhere else on the face) and Aloe Vera Gelly can also be applied for its cooling properties. Alluring Eyes is great for around the eyes too, for reducing fine lines and wrinkles. NB. Do not be heavy handed with the creams – ‘less is best’. The best product to use underneath the eyes is our superb Alluring Eyes. This is fantastic for tired and puffy eyes and fine lines and wrinkles, especially in the bright sun that tends to make us squint. Alluring Eyes contains pure vitamin E, which will help with elasticity, squalene, and glycerine to attract moisture to this delicate area. Avoid using too much as Aloe Vera has the ability to penetrate deeply into the dermis, and this may cause the under-eye area to be more puffy than before!! Alluring Eyes is best used under the eyes, but a small amount can be used on the lids if they are prone to being dry and flaky (apply with fingertips in small outward strokes). The aloe gel oil, bisabalol and borage seed oil in the Alpha-E Factor can also soothe eczema and dermatitis around the eye area. For dry skin, the Firming Foundation Lotion used with the Recovering Night Crème feels nourishing and soothing. For all skin types, especially in the summer months, a thin layer of Gelly followed by the Firming Foundation Lotion feels cool and extra special. In the evening use a fine layer of Alpha-E Factor – leave for five minutes, then apply the Recovering Night Crème and your skin will feel totally moisturised by morning.
