§ Professional consults with the customer and passes them to the Nutritional Director (Office Manager)

§ Nutritional Director answers questions, follows up and coaches on product.

n OPTION 2: Professional and Enrolling Sponsor

§ Professional consults with the customer and passes them to the person they have designated in their upline as Nutritional Director.

§ Nutritional Director answers questions, follows up and coaches on product.

§ Once initial month is completed, the Nutritional Director helps the customer place a 2nd Retail Order or enroll them as an Associate.

Step 3: Preparing Your Office

n Create a consultation room where staff can show Isagenix videos, answer questions and complete enrollment.

n Have customer complete the Nutritional Questionnaire and/or the Telomere Health Questionnaire

n Discuss customer goals and answer health questions

n Suggest Isagenix products/systems with the Isagenix Recommendation Form

n Have customer purchase their 1st month of Isagenix at Retail Pricing and utilize the Tracking Your Progress form. § Record their weight loss and take photos to build your database of testimonials.

days after the start of their program to answer any questions and coach for success.

n After their initial month, show your customer how they can get their products at wholesale pricing by enrolling them as an Associate.
