• Wellness Week is an opportunity to celebrate and promote initiatives supporting one or more aspects of wellness.
• Wellness means feeling well, living well, being healthy, and having a good quality of life.
Participate in Wellness Week…•Participate in the wellness activities organized in your school and community.
