Tripping over the tripod 3 2 M Make sure that the person recording is near the Tripod so people are aware it’s there, and put the Tripod away when not using it. Put Tripod in see able place when used.

Knife cutting someone 3 2/3 M Make sure the knife is handled carefully. The knife is only in one shot, make sure everyone knows it’s there. Move it when not using it to a safer place out of the way – back in the draw where it came from.
