Mike Grove, RN, BSN, MEd., NHA, FACHE Mike as he likes to be called has 30 plus years experience in healthcare administration. He is a Graduate of Saint Francis University with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing and a Masters in Adult Education. He began his experience in healthcare as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy, serving three years with the U.S. Marines. He has been a Nursing Assistant, Staff Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, Director of Nursing and for the last 16 years, a Nursing Home Administrator. Mike has worked as a healthcare executive, Educator and Consultant.

During his Federal Service career, he was a Long Term Care investigator in the Medical Inspector's office in Washington, DC. He has taught at Lebanon Valley College, and is presently Adjunct faculty for Pennsylvania Highlands Community College where he teaches on-line Healthcare Courses.

He is married to his High School sweetheart and is the father of two children, grandfather to four grandchildren and one great granddaughter. He and his wife enjoy traveling, camping, antiquing and flea marketing.
