Good habits

You must sleep 8 hours at night. If you don’t do this, you’ll feel tired at day.

You must eat fruit every day, and vegetables four times a week.

You should play sports at least three times a week.

You should have a good hygiene.

Bad habits

You shouldn’t smoke, cigarettes contents a lot of chemical products.

You shouldn’t drink alcohol. Alcohol is very bad for your liver and for your brain.

You mustn’t take drugs. Drugs are bad for all your organism.

You shouldn’t be all day lie down on the sofa.

Diseases

10% of the total population of Spain have diabetes.

About a fifth of Spanish people have cholesterol.

90.000 people in Spain have been infected by A flu.

30% of the Spanish men and 19% of Spanish woman have cancer.

Relax

You should take it easy, stress isn’t good for your health.

You should have a good environment, you will be more balanced.

You should sleep in a good bed to rest propely.

If you are tired you will sleep better, your mind and your body will rest at night.

Sports

You should walk 30 minutes a day. Walking is a good excersise to improve your health.

You mustn’t do too much sport. You mustn’t become obsessed.

Sport don’t stimulate only your body, stimulate your intelligence too.

When you play team sports you socialize with other people, and you have a good time.

Summary

You must sleep enough time, you must eat fruit and vegetables, play sports and have a good hygiene.

You mustn’t take any tipes of drugs. A lot of people in Spain have diabetes, cholesterol or cancer

and some people have been infected by the A flu. Be careful! You must sleep enough and take it easy. You must play sports for estimulate your intelligence and your

body.

If you do that you will be healthier.
