    . Resol+e immediate operational, commercial or technical problems and contribute to the incrementalimpro+ement o( procedures in the "nglish programme

    . Lead e((ecti+e day$to$day communication *ith identi(ied internal and6or e3ternal partners to communicate

    deli+ery progress and to ensure smooth pro)ect deli+ery

    /- Peo0le !anagemen% and S"00or%. Build and moti+ate an e((ecti+e team in the "nglish programme across Pakistan including supporting buy$

    in to a single +ision or purpose. 0anage team per(ormance in line *ith British Council7s per(ormance management procedures

    collaboration *ith the partnerships team
