What defines a supervisor? May it be simply someone who directs the dailty activities

of others, or is it someone who is clearly defined as someone who oversees other activities ofindividuals, a defined position? It seems equally valid from both points of view; leaders are

formed from the masses, and while in some cases we view them as our equalas boy scouts or

class presidents would be viewed assometimes we view them as more than that, such as the

President of the United States of America or the Prime Minister of Britain. There are moreaspects to be considered in defining a person as a supervisor, yet the denial of looking at

individual caseswhich this case in particular requiresseems absurd.
