Job Summary/Purpose of Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator, this role will support the Credit Control Manager and wider team to ensure timely and accurate completion of the below tasks along with ad-hoc work required from time to time. We supply LPG to a wide range of customers across Britain ranging from private house-holders, pubs and hotels, to industrial and distribution businesses, caravan parks, poultry and arable farmers and petrol stations.

Job Outline

To monitor the credit control team email inbox and distribute emails as necessary. To ensure efficient and accurate preparation of the customer reminder letters, direct debit rejection letters and

any other relevant letters. To sort and distribute incoming post, organise and send outgoing post and deal with returned mail. To prepare customer refunds in the form of cheques and back to bank transfers. To provide support to the Credit Control Manager including completing ad-hoc tasks as necessary.

Person Specification

The successful Administrator will have:

Good computer skills including Outlook, Word & Excel Competence in the use of CODAS, to create reports and enter loads and other ad hoc duties when required Ability to demonstrate numeracy and literacy skills

Applicants must have a flexible working approach and be willing to work weekends when required, especially in the peak winter season.
