installation of the headed studs.
The headed studs „Termika SD” used for
connection steel-concrete in the bridge
compound construction and storey.
Is intended to be used in anchorages where
failure of the anchorage may cause risk to
human life and/or lead to considerable
economic consequences.
The connection can be used both in
a monolithic concrete slab and
a prefabricated road and railway bridges.
The dimensions and the production
correspond to the products contained in the
norm PN-EN ISO 13918.
The product complies with the
essential requirements of the
Directive of construction products
and retains the European norms
and Approval which meets the
necessities of the directives DIN EN
10025-1:2005-02; DIN EN 10025-
2:2005-04, ETA-11/0363.

The headed studs have a diameter of the
shaft of 10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25 mm. At one
end of head is formed by upsetting. The
other end is prepared for drawn arc stud
welding with ceramic ferrule or shielding
gas. The product is surface-flush anchored
in the concrete.
The construction product can be
stressed by a tensile load, shear
load or a combination of tensile and
shear loads.
