    General Description

    HC Heat-Exchangers manufacture a wide range of plate fin type coils for air conditioning,refrigeration and

    industrial applications suitable for chilled water, hot water, steam, evaporator and condenser systems.Tubes are mechanicaly expanded into plate fins and after brazing all coils are leak tested to 3200 kPausing dry Nitrogen under water.Tube options are 9.53mm, 12 mm and 15.88 mm OD copper tube (planeor rifle bore) or 12 mm OD 304L stainless steel tubes. Fin options are aluminium, copper and coatedaluminium while casings are available in galvanised iron, aluminium stainless steel or copper.

    Only the finest materials are used to give a top quality product with a long, trouble free service life.

    Coil selections are computer generated to accomodate the many variables encountered.

The range of low profile appearance units is ideal forroof-mounted applications. The low noise level modular fan arrangement is well suited to economical fancycling head pressure control. Each unit is factory wired to a terminal strip in a terminal box. The coilincorporates our floating coil construction, eliminating tube failure at the tube plates, with resultant refrigerantloss and thus ensures a long trouble-free service life.

    The HVV-502 to -5010 range of Air Cooled Condensers comprises 15 models covering duties from 43kWto 287.8kW total heat rejection at 15K ITD. The range of compact units is ideal for minimal footprintapplications.The low noise level modular fan arrangement is well suited to economical fan cycling head pressurecontrol. Each unit is factory wired to a terminal strip in a terminal box. The coil incorporates our floatingcoil construction, eliminating tube failure at the tube plates, with resultant refrigerant loss and thusensures a long and trouble-free service life.

    General Description

    The new HAV-351 to 353 range of Remote Air Cooled Condensers comprises 9 models covering dutiesfrom 6.5 kW to 25.2 kW total heat rejection at 15K ITD. The low noise level modular fan arrangement iswell suited to economical fan cycling head pressure control while high efficiency rifle bore tube enhancesperformance. Each unit is factory wired to a terminal strip in a terminal box.
